The staff was met on the porch, they were not allowed on the threshold, they talked arrogantly, rudely from above, and also gave false information that the car should be left in Georgia, it would not be allowed across the border. Both border guards and customs officers passed through the border without problems. Programs with databases have been available for a long time. So the staff of the Russian Interests Section showed complete incompetence, disregard for Russian citizens who found themselves in a difficult situation.
