It was my most "fun" trip. I immediately asked the waiter to bring a bottle of water, waited for her for 10 minutes, and the waiter passed by and only said "I remember" thank you! I understand the busy schedule, but a bottle of water when you walked by 47 times in an almost completely empty place. He didn't notice me when I asked for the bill, looked away and left. I took it personally, the most disgusting and unpleasant thing.
After that, I went to the bar myself and asked another waiter to count me out. At that moment, I returned to the table for my things, looked at the counter, and there was no waiter who accepted my payment, nor my change in the book. I am surprised by such bad reviews. I had breakfast at this cafe three times, everything is fine. The waiters are friendly. The service is normal, not bad, not good, just people doing their job and that's it. I didn't notice any disregard or strong slowness.
The breakfasts are very good and the coffee. I haven't tried the main dishes yet, but I will definitely come to work here at lunch and try)

If you have the patience to wait for the order, then the food is not bad. However, it does not match what is in the picture in the menu. We ordered Toscana soup, Benedict with bacon, Pavlova, Americano and black tea. We waited for the order for 34 minutes, from the moment the order was accepted until it was delivered to us. Since the soup and Benedict were barely warm, it is clear that they were cooked quickly, but they were carried from the kitchen for a long time. And in general, the service is "very not very good" - they did not pay attention to us until the husband himself approached the waiter. A vague greeting, no smiles, not following the order of service for guests. In general, it's delicious, there are no complaints about the cook. But the management is bad. So much so that I don't see the point in coming here again.
