I had a rest with my child from 08/07/2021 to 08/14/2021. Great hotel!!! I liked everything very much. We were preparing for the worst, guided by the reviews, but were pleasantly surprised. Spacious rooms, balcony, shower room (good condition). The hotel is renovated. We visited both 4* and 5* in Kemer, the rooms were smaller. The food is varied, there are a lot of vegetables, greens, salads, sweets. There are no queues. Very tasty soups! The staff and managers try very hard to please everyone. At the end of the rest, the Internet was connected to the rooms, before that it was only at the reception. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the hotel beach, there is a shuttle, but we did not use it, we also went to other beaches opposite the hotel and to the city beach. I recommend the hotel!!! I advise you!!! For 3* it is very worthy!!! Due to the location - the center of Kemer, you can walk around the city in all directions)))

We rested at the end of September 2021 on a voucher, correctly pronounce the Chef's Bay hotel, excellent location, 3-star hotel, so you need to understand where you are going, the territory is small, 2 buildings with rooms (there are apartments with a kitchen) and a bar with a pool between the buildings, a separate dining room. For breakfast, only eggs, tomato,cucumber,goat cheese, and muesli with yogurt (milk is possible), lunch and dinner are varied, you can't stay hungry, red/white wine is free at the bar, tea/coffee, beer is paid. Russian Russian is always greeted, smiling, friendly, many people speak Russian well, they are always ready to help, tell you where everything is, and mostly Russians rest in the hotel. There is a pebble beach nearby and you can walk to the sandy beach (15-20 min), shops, cafes, tourist offices are all nearby, also the seaport is nearby, and clubs are nearby (10-15 min walk). I recommend to go and meet the dawn, and climb the hiking trail uphill. The rest turned out great, we met a lot of people, special thanks to the administration and the kid, who loves to hug and dance with everyone

It may be good for 3* in Kemer, but there are enough disadvantages.Firstly, the monotonous diet, the whole week for breakfast is only boiled eggs and muesli with tasteless milk, bread and jam.Vegetables, herbs and tasteless salads were added for lunch and dinner, soups at dinner were edible.Wi-Fi is paid $ 1 per day and you will not use it in the room, only in certain places, there is practically no territory, a small pool between 2 buildings. We did not wait for the promised bus to the beach even once, we walked for 20 minutes, it was not a very pleasant walk in the heat. They cleaned the room 1 time a week, and then they asked.There are no beach towels.The bar has white and red wine of terrible quality, beer is paid, there are cola and cocktails on request, the bartender Ahmed is a very friendly and helpful guy.

I was at the hotel from the end of June to the beginning of August 2021. It turned out to be the cheapest option in Kemer for these dates when compiling the tour.
Positive:
1. Low price
2. Location in the city center (near excursions, souvenirs, regular shops)
3. Not bad photos on the Internet and a general understanding-I will only spend the night at the hotel, so I will not take an expensive one.
Minuses:
1. Bad food (almost no meat, only greens + watermelon and sweets in the evening)
2. The absence of parties and other entertainments in the hotel itself
3. The chill did not work, then the toilet, the shower splashes on the floor, the conduits are old and noisy (almost everything that was broken was repaired and the old one corresponds to the room price)
4. Wi-Fi in the room does not work, slow in the lobby and by the pool, costs $ 1 per day.
5. I did not see the cleaning for 3 days, they moved me to a new room -she did not clean there either.
6. And these bugs are outside the window-from 5 a.m. to 22 p.m. they make noise outside the window like mad. There are none in 5 stars, because the trees are being processed. And even roosters crow early in the morning if the window is open)
Everywhere you can negotiate for $ and improve your conditions of detention, but many beggars from Russia go to Turkey just to relax and not think about anything. It doesn't work that way with this hotel)

Oh, horror, I beg you not to eat and not to spend your money if you have not seen nightmares -you will see.a separate "praise to the dirty cook.and the dirty cleaners and the owner with his broken sinks and a broken shower, a fallen curtain and not repaired.There are no more words to say.There is no food at all.just greens and vegetables.forget about the fruits.and for one thing about meat and fish and pastries, there are no cups at all.in short, an ugly hotel.the old condiments barely breathe and make noise.there are broken chairs at the entrance, there is a Wi-Fi influx nearby, a man sells vegetables and fruits and underweights up to 400 grams to kg .It 's godless !just take pity on your stomachs.there are no coffee machines, the stuff is diluted in a bucket and poured into a coffee machine. I was in May 2020, I managed to fly and our country was quarantined

The hotel is just terrible. The food is not varied, there is almost no meat, and only white and red wines of terrible quality are among the drinks. The rooms are rarely cleaned. the hotel grounds are also dirty. The beach is a 20-minute walk from the hotel

The hotel is very dirty, the dining room is completely unsanitary, the staff (cleaners allow themselves to be rude to guests), I'm already silent about food and drinks.It is not clear why this hotel has 3 stars.The beach is a 15-minute walk away (but that's not a problem).For the money we paid in August 2019, it wasn't worth it.

No one else set foot in this hotel, the room was never cleaned, the food was monotonous, well, that's okay, but when the vegetables spoiled in the salad and the pasta were gone, it just killed, everything from alcohol included only wine, which is impossible to drink if not diluted. Trash is full, the food is ... but, the directors of the two women drank every day, no questions were solved, the bathroom dripped from the ceiling with a stream every day, the only plus I saw that it is located in the center and the hotel is small because of this, people living in it constantly get to know each other communicate
