I liked the hotel, I didn't really like the cuisine (I liked the buffet breakfast). They can prepare an early breakfast if you need to go on an early morning tour. The rooms were cozy, with their own balconies, and the glass door to the toilet was a little confusing. It has its own territory, the pool is always clean and not filled with people. The room is cleaned every day, the water is renewed, there is a safe and a mini fridge. In general, the expectations were worse (after reading the reviews) than they actually are.

Great hotel
Breakfast is included with a buffet.very elegant in terms of choice and number of dishes.
The only negative is that there is no private beach, but there is a minibus that takes you to the beaches nearby in the morning: Kairon and Patong
The rooms are simple but comfortable and there are a couple of Russian channels.

We had a vacation last year. In general, the hotel is not bad, but there are a lot of disadvantages. Room cleaning is haphazard, the location is very far from the beach on foot. The restaurant is on the other side of the rooms, it's dangerous to cross the road, although there is a shuttle service, but it can take a long time to wait. The restaurant itself is like this. We took dinner on February 14th for $150. I would say we would have eaten better elsewhere.

When choosing this hotel, keep in mind that the beach is about 2 km away directly and about 5 along the highway - that is, you can't do without renting a transport or taxi) The hotel has a shuttle service to Karon Beach at 11:00 and to Patong beach at 11:30, but back by yourself) many locations for photos, delicious food in the restaurant) When choosing a room, specify the location, because some of the rooms are located across the street from the reception and restaurant, and the traffic on the highway is quite dense! But I would come back here again!)))

The rooms are good, the breakfasts are varied. The territory of the hotel on the side where the reception is is beautiful. Among the disadvantages: there is no curtain (partition) in the shower; the hotel is far from the beach, there is no transfer from the beach, only by taxi you can get there. We settled across the street, where there are many houses on the mountain. Prices at the hotel are high. A large beer of almost 400 baht. It's very hard to cross the road. The pool needs cleaning. We chose this hotel to enjoy the views for the last three days of rest, but the view in the rooms across the street is not the same as on the reception side.

I must say right away we really liked this hotel!!! The format of our trip was such that we changed hotels every 3 days, so there is something to choose from. Of what we definitely liked - the location - the solitude, the silence and the jungle that's what we needed. The breakfasts are excellent.
Disadvantages - of course there are, well, the first is the level of rooms (bungalows) of course, this is not 4 * but 3*, the view area on the lower tier by the sea is not so well maintained, although it is just a bomb photo zone with instagrammed objects and to put in order you just need a can of paint and a worker for half a day.
Well, for the price- we were 100% satisfied with the price, it was 3,500 rubles per day for a room for 3 with breakfast.

We went to our room and were honestly a little shocked. The furniture is old, scratched and basically battered by life, there is no mini bar, but that's okay. All mirrors and glasses are eerily ocular, everything is stained, in the bathroom there is a large bathroom with a waterfall faucet designed for two, BUT there is no special plug (they contacted the reception, they said they could not help. The question is, why then such a bathroom in the room if there is no way to use it for its intended purpose?), the whole bathtub is dirty and covered in yellow plaque, the shower head is working with the last of its strength, and there is not even hand soap on the sink. The glass wall has blinds, it seems logical, it would be convenient to use them, but they do not close completely and everything is visible, in short, complete privacy. So they are also all dirty and stained. Towels were probably changed here 10 years ago, they are already sorting out the threads
We were also promised a double bed. In fact, it turned out that these are just combined single mattresses, which are different in height and it is simply impossible to sleep together on them, thank you, we counted on this. Go to bed together and fall into the gap between the mattresses.
If you were planning to take a break from the heat under the air conditioner, then you will be disappointed, it is in the same condition as the shower head: it is working with the last of its strength.
The hotel is located on a mountain, it would seem that this is a very interesting idea, but the slopes of the roads to the villas here are so strong that you will be left without your shoes, because the slope is about 45 degrees😅
To get to the lobby and for breakfast, you need to cross a busy road, God forbid that you are not hit, or call a car to the room. In general, it's still an adventure.
Not a very good impression of this hotel. I don't think we want to come back here.

It turns out that the superior sea wiev is, among other things, the rooms behind the road. I was horrified to say the least. The roar of the engines on this road will wake you up at 6-7 in the morning, make no mistake.
Running across it to get to a restaurant or reception is a survival attraction. Of course, you can call the reception and a golf cart will come for you, which will take you across the road, but several times our patience ran out and we ran ourselves at random, I strongly do not recommend going there with the children.
Breakfasts - well, you'll find something to eat. But I recommend coming early.
The room itself is terrible, the photo is attached. I'm sorry, but this is some kind of garbage dump unsuitable for life.
The staff is friendly.
The only advantage of this hotel is a very beautiful green area on the reception side. Everything is surrounded by greenery, birds are singing. I don't know what the room stock is, but many of the rooms look nice. If you are looking for privacy, then the green part of the hotel will be fine, if you are going to go to the beach, etc. - it is inconvenient without a bike, a taxi or a 20-minute walk along the roadway.
And finally, I can't figure out how to build the second part of the hotel across a busy road without coming up with a bridge or something like that?! The traffic on the road is sooo active! It's just life-threatening, one way or another, people are constantly running over, without the help of a golf cart.
I recommend thinking very carefully before coming here. We moved to another hotel the next day.

The hotel is on the mountain. There is no infrastructure within a 3 km radius: no cafes, no shops, no pharmacies. You can only walk along the highway. I had to constantly call a taxi. The nearest beach is 4 km away. The only advantages are: a quiet place, gorgeous sunsets.

We are having a rest in this hotel now! It is far from the sea and infrastructure, to get there only by taxi, or on foot for 20 minutes along a busy highway without a sidewalk. The linen is not changed, but simply smoothed on the bed. When we asked for cleaning and replacement of pillows through the tour operator, because we were already tired that nothing changes after our requests, then the pillows were simply taken away from us. When they asked to bring them back, they waited an hour and a half. The rooms are very old, all the walls are stained, cracked, the doors are full of holes, the curtains are mildewed. Some rooms with grief in half are 3*, but most rooms are 2*.

A wonderful hotel! Large green area, clean, stunning sea view from the restaurant. The rooms are spacious, all the appliances in the room work perfectly. The cuisine in the restaurant was amazing in its variety, everything is very tasty. And the location of the hotel on the mountain gives it more exotic. I recommend it to everyone. Pros: very beautiful territory, located on a hill. The room was cleaned well. The breakfast is delicious and varied. The filters in the air conditioner were quickly replaced with new ones.
Cons: The villas are located across the street (with heavy traffic) from the reception and the restaurant.
It is very very far to walk to the beach from the steep hill and along the road with a lot of cars.
They take you to the beach for free only once and pick you up at 4 p.m.
A taxi to Karon, for dinner or a walk in the evening, costs 200 baht one way.
The restaurant in the hotel is very expensive compared to the same dishes in the city.
A shower with a running heater, it is impossible to wash long hair with normal pressure, the water does not have time to heat up.
