We had a rest with my husband from 17.09 to 03.10. I really liked the guest house, a nice room with comfortable beds and the sea, the sea here is the best and cleanest on the entire coast.A nice, clean beach is a two-minute walk from the house, which allows you to go swimming and sunbathing several times.Hospitable Natasha, will tell you everything and prompt you. There's a bus stop nearby, you can get anywhere.Pitsunda is 5 minutes away.It's a pleasure to walk to the Marble Castle. There's a beauty there, a sandy beach!!!Thanks to Flora for a wonderful stay!

There are residential buildings nearby. Dogs bark at night. We rented a room on the ground floor, the furniture and the mattress on the bed are old. The kitchen is located on the 2nd floor. It's better to take a room there. The sea, a shop and a pharmacy are nearby. The maid asked me to take out my garbage by myself to the trash, I had to go through 2 houses, it surprised me very much. Like rain, the lights were turned off everywhere, but they had battery-powered bulbs, which is of course a plus.

Surprisingly, everything is perfect - the room is clean, everything works, there is everything you need, even a washing basin. The towels are quite fresh, there are enough of them, the bed linen and pillows are nice. There is a nice beach and a playground near the hotel, a little neglected, but the children play with pleasure. The hotel has a well-equipped large kitchen, drinking water from the tap. There is a shared toilet next to the kitchen. The disadvantage is that people smoke constantly in open places and there is no good cafe for a romantic evening within walking distance, only the dining room and the deshmanskaya cheburechnaya (chebureks are terrible!). I would like to thank the manager Natasha, although she is strict, but well done, I think it is thanks to her that this hotel is clean and cozy.

They were in the middle of July 2023. The hotel is clean, the room has a refrigerator, air conditioning, fumigator (useful, thank you!), a lot of sockets.
I was pleased: there is a foot towel, a hair dryer, a basin and a mop! It is very convenient to wipe it quickly.
The beds were comfortable, our Windows overlooked the houses - the non-hot side.
The sea is 2 minutes away.
There is no drying in the room on the 1st floor - dry on ropes along the wall of the hotel. And there is no territory of its own (gazebo). But you can sit on the balcony.
I recommend it!

I really liked the guest house. Natalia is a clever administrator!Keeps things clean and tidy.The location is good. The sea is 2 minutes long. The playground is visible from the window. Shops, bus stop, pharmacy are all nearby. The rooms are clean and spacious. The renovation is done with taste.There is a Wi-fi. the kitchen, which was very important to me. There is a shared balcony where you can sit with a group of neighbors))you can see the sea from it))advise.

We lived on the ground floor, in a room with two beds, air conditioning, toilet and shower, TV. The hotel itself is located close to the sea. Nearby there are cafes and a canteen, shops, stalls with food and things. There is a good playground across the street, but some of the structures on it are very old, some are new. Of the cons: it is very damp on the 1st floor, the linen in the room did not dry at all, had to be hung on dryers in the corridor or on a rope near the hotel. Even the bed linen was always wet. Perhaps there is no such dampness on the 2nd floor...But I don't know. There is a kitchen, but everyone is fighting because there are few dishes. Everyone naturally carries mugs and glasses to the room to calmly drink tea, for example, in front of the TV, and this is normal. After all, this is probably why they put a cooler on the 1st and 2nd floor with hot water. There is a cooler, but there are no glasses in the rooms, so they are distributed by room. Would I recommend a hotel? Yes, if the rooms are on the 2nd floor. But you have to be careful with children there, the stairs to the 2nd floor are very steep, and an adult needs to climb and descend more carefully, but even more so for a child. On the beach you can rent an umbrella and sun beds, one large straw umbrella and two sun beds 1000 rubles.

We were with friends at this guest house from 08/21/2023 to 08/30/2023. It left a pleasant impression. We checked in before 14:00. The room on the 1st floor is clean, the bed linen is fresh, the towels are snow-white and there are a lot of them! Our room for 3 people had one double bed and one single, a mini sofa, two bedside tables, a table, a spacious wardrobe with hangers and a full-length mirror, air conditioning, a small refrigerator, a folding clothes dryer. Everything is decent in the bathroom, there is a mirror, a basin. Everything for a comfortable stay is available. Linen change and wet cleaning are offered for 4-5 days. On the 2nd floor there is a shared kitchen with a large refrigerator, 4 tables for eating and everything for cooking. There is a laundry service of 200 rubles per wash. There is an iron, you can iron things yourself. On the 1st and 2nd floor there are relaxation areas with sofas, armchairs and tables. The beach is a 3-minute walk away, literally cross the road. Nearby there is a grocery store with a pharmacy, a canteen, household goods, tents with souvenirs and fruits. We ate almost constantly at the Argo cafe, the entrance is both from the street and from the beach, delicious and beautiful, I recommend a boat with an egg and okroshka especially)
The beach is small pebbles mixed with large ones, the sea is clean and warm. Cows walk around the village on a free range, the guards of the beach - the dogs are very smart and kind, they do not create any discomfort

And a huge minus is power outages, but it's not everywhere in this hostel. The hostess is responsible, the maid constantly looks after the cleanliness of the common areas.

We had a rest from July 4 to July 13. A transfer was ordered from the railway station to the place, 700 rubles. - children, 900 rubles.-adult. The trip took 1.5 hours, we returned on our own by minibus, fortunately there are no problems with this. Minibuses are constantly running, you can get to Gagry, New Athos and Pitsunda, so as not to spend money on excursions! We were unlucky with the weather, we sat without light and water in the room for three days, which spoiled the whole mood from the rest. The owner tried to fix the situation, there was intermittent water, Internet and light! For this, a big human thank you to him🙏💕Therefore, the price for a place where there is no water and electricity is too high.

Excellent location of the guest house! The beach is a minute's walk away!!!! That's where the positive ends!!! The condition of the furniture, rooms, plumbing, bed linen is not even "TERRIBLE", but "TERRIBLE HORROR". The plumbing is leaking. The rooms on the 1st floor are damp, as there are problems with ventilation, semi-darkness. The closet doors need to be opened carefully, they hang on broken hinges! The rooms are dirty! When checking into the room, you can find out what your predecessors ate, since cleaning after is very questionable... even the linen can be simply straightened, not changed, with traces of use by other people!!!! And when you ask why the leftovers are in the nightstand, the laundry is dirty, the maid will answer that it is impossible to clean everything... she swept the floor after the departure of the previous tenants ...
At this cost per room, you can buy at least fresh linen and towels! It's a shame that you rent an expensive room to relax without problems, but it turns out that the price here is not an indicator. We lasted three days, found a hotel with ideal living conditions, a little further from the sea! But it is better to be 7 minutes further from the sea, and sleep on snow-white sheets, wash in a good shower with hot water and breathe fresh air on the balcony overlooking the most beautiful mountains!!! Thanks to the hostess who returned the money, at least honestly. I am very grateful to her for this!

The guest house is located between two five-storey buildings, there are a lot of cars under the windows and it is noisy because of this, sleeping with the window open is so-so. The problem with drying clothes, if the room is on the ground floor, you just have to dry it on the street, where all people walk (this is not the territory of the guest house). Well, the main problem is the lack of electricity, well, even this can be understood, but since after turning off the light, the water disappears, the pump turns off. No one is going to turn it on quickly, because both the owners and Natalia live in the next house and there is no one to control. You wake up at night, but there is no water in the morning, it's good if you show up at 8 a.m. Wi-Fi is weak. The sea is really nearby, clean. The rooms are clean, but it smells damp. Tip: purchase a generator in case of a power outage and resolve the issue with the water supply.

On the recommendation of friends, we stayed at this wonderful hotel for the third year in a row. The last time we had a vacation was in September 2021 with friends. There weren't many people , we had a great rest😍 as for the hotel itself: clean, spacious rooms with good furniture. The linen, even if it is not new, is always clean. Rooms are cleaned on demand, as stated on the website (I looked at the website I want to go south). There were problems with electricity, but this is all over Abkhazia, we rested in Gagra and Tsandripsha, there as well. In September, they had a generator and there was always water. A nice present was a bottle of local wine 😉The hotel is located next to the sea .There is a great playground nearby. In general, we really like the hotel and plan to go this year too. Thanks to Daura and Flora for such an attitude towards the guests.

Due to frequent power outages, the electrical wiring cannot withstand the voltage of all split systems and water heaters. During our presence, there was a fire in the electrical wiring, at 00 o'clock there was a fire, which was noticed as a result of vigilance by the vacationers themselves. I do not recommend checking into this hotel if you are going to cook on your own, since due to low voltage in the power grid and power outages, products disappear, there are no declared electric generators. The rooms are dirty, the bathrooms are damp. The maid, she is also the administrator, the watchman, etc., simply cannot cope with the entire volume of work. With all this, it seems that the main thing for the owners is to take money from the customers, but otherwise, as they say:"You understand us! "Yes, but not for that kind of money. I give it back a second time, the impression of this place is blurred. Rating 1.
