I'm visiting Almaty, I'm from Krasnoyarsk myself. The hotel is located next to this place. That's why I used to come here a lot. I liked the delicious noodle soup. Polite staff. There is only one minus, a small hall. As it is, I'm sorry.

What can I say about the advantages (10-point system) :
Atmosphere 8 (pleasant and cozy atmosphere with books and warm light)
Table management 5 (it used to be better now round tables have been added, which contributed to a comfortable meal since the distance between the tables is about 30 cm and we don't have many people with a waist of 30 cm and when leaving the table involuntarily a person either moves the table or smears to touch your food)Tip: Reduce the number of tables
Hangers or dressing room 4 (1-2 clothes hangers are very small for the whole establishment, especially near small tables)
It is better to put small square tables themselves and remove the semblance of a VIP zone since there is more space on square tables and it is needed for main dishes or remove the main dishes and focus purely on coffee and breakfasts (snacks) Tip: remove the semblance of a VIP zone and replace the tables with square ones
There are almost no disadvantages, but for me it's a bar
Since I didn't like the signature citrus cocktail and the coffee itself in this place at one time
Regarding the service, I advise you to ask the guests for the time and order of positions, since when ordering casseroles and coffee with smoothies, for example, I do not want to drink coffee then smoothies and eat casserole.

Tea in cups - green tea 800 tg. There is only boiling water in the cup and a tea bag already brewed and put away somewhere. Even if a bag would cost 100 tg, to sell boiling water with a bagged brew for 800 tg is arrogance. Or you need to serve tea in a closed bag. Well, or for decency, a couple of slices of lemon to attach…

Good atmosphere. Comfortably. Friendly staff. I ate meatball soup and a hot dog. The soup was very tasty! But the hot dog is so-so. From 12 to 16.00 there are discounts on all menus. I liked this place.
