In September 2023, my husband's birthday was celebrated in this institution, everything was wonderful: delicious food, great music, a gorgeous photographer, pleasant service.

BUT!!! One fat minus and a very unpleasant moment is the absence of a cake with candles for the birthday girl It was very unexpected, as in all establishments of our city, they bring a piece of cake with candles and personally congratulate.
I was very upset about this, there was an unpleasant aftertaste and some kind of indifference of the institution to such an important day in everyone's life. To my question from the waitress: "How can this issue be solved", the answer was: "Alas, we only have a 10% discount and that's it"
Since I am not used to giving up in life, I began to clarify the options to get what I wanted, but in response, a complete lack of customer orientation is Tin! Hopeless!
The rescue of drowning people (birthday boys) is the work of drowning people themselves) Eh… I started looking for options, because I didn't want to spoil the mood on such a day at all.
I asked the waitress to find a candle or matches and offered, I, myself, to buy myself a cheesecake, this option was not offered by the employee, it was my initiative, which is also somehow so-so.
But thank God, a candle was found and they brought me a cake with a candle to the music- Hooray!!! How difficult it is when there is no personal attitude and flexibility of thinking among employees.
Dear administration, take measures, somehow festive traditions can be introduced and you will feel good and the guests will be pleased, and so all + crossed out such inattentive relationships.

It's a great place. There are several recreation areas, you can sit indoors, you can go outside. The kitchen is great, the portions are large, the staff is polite, the waiters are always friendly. I definitely recommend it.

The impression is twofold.. We were there once - we really liked the kitchen, the service and the music. We decided to celebrate others there. And then disappointment happened- flies were constantly flying and landing on food (in the restaurant, not in the letnik), mournful old music was playing / singing, the waiter got forgetful, but at least polite)) also, the fish was bitter ((.. which finally upset us)

Шикарный ресторан, интерьер 5 из 5 и очень вкусно. Была там на свадьбе, очень понравилось, уютно, в зале едой не пахнет. Рекомендую однозначно

Праздновали день рождения сына 4 июня, нам всё понравилось. Интерьер и кухня хорошая. В такую жаркую погоду в помещении было комфортно т.к. во всех залах работают кондиционеры. Спасибо Аркену.

Здание и ее интерьер с наружи и внутри хорошо, со вкусом!
А вот еда ужасно!!!
1. Шашлык принесли черный пригоревший, вкус отвратительный, мясо жесткое, подача нулевая!
2. Повсюду летают мухи...
3. Официанты безалаберные, не ответственные, шашлык ждали по долгу примерно 40-50мин, принесли остывшие, махито на 3 из 5.
В общем заведение не соответствует первому впечатлению, а также своей цене в меню, чрезмерно завышено!

Интерьер классный в летнем кафе все добротное новое чистое шашлыки вкусные , ценник выше среднего , музыка не очень
