The best hotel!!! We're stopping for the third time!!! We are thrilled!!! The rooms are clean, the staff is very helpful, there is no discrimination! We listened to Russian music at the reception all evening) The drinks are delicious) The food is great (caviar, seafood). Wonderful animation. The beach is within walking distance. The perfect entry into the sea!!! I won't trade it for any other hotel!!!! I sincerely recommend ❤❤❤❤❤

The hotel is certainly not the 5th check-in.rather 3.5. Ants in the room, cleaning is not every day, sand on the floor, the feeling that I did not leave the beach.Well, she's probably planned like everyone else, but either they can't cope, or mother is lazy. Three days before departure, they did not clean up. We asked for water and thanks for that. The number of towels is also a question. There were 4 people vacationing with a family, there were 4 facial,4 large towels and one for the legs. After cleaning, two front ones were removed. There are three dim light bulbs for the entire two-room room, so if you have poor eyesight, and even if you have good eyesight, you will have to strain to see something, and if you wear makeup you can't see anything at all. In short, you live like in a basement. During the day, the situation is slightly better due to the light from the window. The Internet seems to be there, but it is so terrible that it infuriates. Send the message to WhatsApp or telegram, but the pictures are loaded for half a day. There is Internet at the pool, but not on the beach. Food is fine in principle, but for families with children, keep in mind that there is no porridge for breakfast. It was critical for us, the youngest eats only porridge for breakfast, so she starved there in the morning. A lot of breakfast cereals, yoghurts, fries, eggs in all kinds of cooking options, a million cheese options. Among the advantages are a huge number of delicious fruits, cherries, plums. Lots of delicious sweets. In principle, you will not stay hungry.There was enough food, including seafood for everyone. Of the minuses, there is an acute shortage of forks in the dining room for lunch and dinner, which of course is annoying. You have to go around the tables to collect them, since they are covered in advance, or you can eat both hot and desserts with one fork, and you come across dirty plates and chips on the dishes, it's unpleasant. There is animation, evening shows. The beach is good, but the cleaning is bad. The tourists themselves collected a large pile of garbage on the beach - bottles, broken glasses, sneakers, etc. and this was how our whole vacation lay. There were always places on the sun loungers, the access to the sea is good, but more for children. The depth is small, for those who like to swim at depth, you can't really walk around. There are a lot of people in the sea compared to the hotels nearby. They said there was a muddy bottom and algae, unlike our beach. There is a restaurant on the beach, you can have lunch, from 10.00 tortillas, a bar. Water slides on the pool, animation on the pool during the day. Beach towels are given out for free for the first time, but if you want to change, you will have to pay a dollar for one. By the way, the towels are terrible, even for the beach.

We stayed this summer. Clean new rooms, a delicious cafe on the ground floor, a grill bar in a nearby hotel. There is a playground and two swimming pools. We drove to the sea by car without traffic jams. We took a bunk room, the room was quiet, the neighbors did not hear.

A disgusting hotel, for Russians.they humiliate us at every step, for which they conclude a contract, our tour. The agency is not clear. I had a rest in September 2021, coffee is brought in the morning with difficulty and it is instant. Alcohol is poured by falsification, unlike the Germans. The sweet couple, the director of the Turks, the German manager, are doing everything possible and impossible to prevent the Russians from going to this hotel.There is no information about the events for the day, either in English or in Russian. The Germans bring the program of the day to their room, in German. All negative reviews about discrimination based on nationality have been deleted.

Hello everyone)We are currently vacationing at this hotel🤗Quarantine!!!, but we were lucky!!! We flew to Turkey!This is our first time here!Before that, there was Cyprus, India,.Mexico, and of course the resorts of the Krasnodar Territory, before that I was afraid of Turkey .., someone said that just like at the KK resort!No!If they convince you that it's bad here... don't believe it!!!At least this hotel is VERY good!!!!Starting with the cleaning and ending with the sea!True, today the water is still cool, in my opinion, but I'm generally frozen!People are swimming!Mostly older Germans are vacationing!For me, it's better than drunk young people screaming half the night!Everyone is calm and quiet-this is MINE!!!Territory-👍🏻Cleaning, every day!Replenishment of the bar, every day!Soap accessories!(there is even a set of threads with a pin and a button!)The room is bright!The sound insulation is good!The furniture is clean!The bed linen is drip white!Kettle,refrigerator,bottled water!Towels are changed every day!We have 2 rooms, one -daughters 1101 and my husband and I 1109.2 th floor,elevator,stairs, in general in the hotel, I personally have nothing to complain about!the sea is 50 meters away!The beach is clean!Cafe on the beach-very tasty boys make pizza!Buffet-despite the fact that it is April, there are tangerines, oranges, pears, bananas, and a lot of vegetables from fruits!They cook very tasty!Especially amlets in the morning!There are a lot of sweets, a variety of pies and puddings, wine, whiskey, rum and a lot of very diverse alcohol!The staff speaks broken Russian, BUT you understand and they understand!!!In general, I really like it, we decided to come to this hotel in October with the rest of the children) we have their 3rd addition, ., a children's pool with a slide is located between the buildings so that if the wind blows from the sea, it's QUIET there!The weather is good)32 on the thermometer!It's great with the kids!So far, neither Turkey nor the hotel have disappointed me, I hope my opinion will not change at the end of the holiday!I recommend this hotel to moms with kids and couples who love silence!I will complete the review after returning home!Have a good rest, without worries and disappointments!)

2 families of 4 people had a rest in August 2021. We had an overnight flight, we arrived at the hotel around 9 o'clock, immediately put on bracelets and sent for breakfast (good), after breakfast we were asked not to wait much. At 12 o'clock, both families moved into neighboring rooms (+). Changed clothes, went to the sea, the coast is super, 100% sand, smooth entry into the sea, what you need for a vacation with children (+). There is a bar on the shore, cocktails and beer are poured there, it does not work for long, you can have lunch. In the late afternoon, only waffles, there was not enough pizza, well, or something to eat with a beer (-). In the evening we went to dinner, and here is a surprise in the form of a dress code, shoes or sandals, shirt, T-shirt are required. Okay, a T-shirt, but I just accidentally grabbed shoes, just in case the weather was bad on arrival, and so I would have to buy at a local store (-). They began to pay attention that there were practically no Russian speakers, a lot of Germans (-). After dinner, they pulled on the performance, it was terrible. German children entertained us for 2 hours, I patiently waited for it to end and the disco to begin, in vain. There was nothing. That's it, finito la comedy, the evening is over, no discos (-). We went to the lobby bar, ordered whiskey cola, what they pour is not possible to drink, it's at the level of Egyptian swill, asked for good whiskey, with a sin in half took out a bottle of GB. They pour a little, a maximum of 15-20 ml, you ask for a double, they don't pour, there was a scandal on this topic (-). Besides the fact that they pour a little, GB is constantly running out, they say it will be tomorrow, the feeling that they have a limit, 1 bottle per day (-). In terms of food, they were fed very well, for this a big plus (+)
In general, the hotel is so-so, with the advantages of a sandy beach, good food, everything else is a minus.

We managed to go in early April 2021. The hotel has just opened after the winter. In Turkey for the 18th time. I know exactly what is good and what is bad. The hotel is wonderful!!! It is small, with almost no territory, but cozy. The service at the beginning of the season is at the highest level. The hotel is designed for European tourists. There are few Russians. There is no Tagil. Great food. In addition to the buffet, original dishes are prepared for dinner in a separate room. Ice cream from morning to evening. Freshly squeezed juice for breakfast. Mothers with small children were surprised. They clearly don't belong here. The hotel is more for adults. Children have nowhere to frolic. The beach is very nice + a favorite promenade along the sea. We will be happy to come back again.

I liked everything - how we met, how we spent it! They work clearly, massages are not bad on the ground floor (paid, but do not look at the price, you can negotiate!), the room is good, the food is excellent. However, people who have tried alcohol say that it is terrible. The territory is clean and well-groomed, I don't know how it is in summer, but in January I really liked it, although there were a lot of people. There are pools inside that are warm. I recommend.

Excellent location, magnificent beach, wonderful territory, good room stock, professional and courteous staff... but the terrible kitchen spoils everything! The range and quality of the dishes negates all the efforts of the rest of the hotel team.
P.S. WiFi is only available in the lobby. Naturally, from 9 to 23 is sooooo dumb because of the number of users.

The hotel is threefold, it does not pull at all for a five. The room was a small family room, they were jostling in the aisles between the beds and the wall, cleaning the room on the "get off" - the floors were washed only in the bathroom, which stank of sewage at night. Yes, on the first line, but the territory is small, the pool for three buildings is very small. The attitude of the bartenders is boorish and arrogant until you pay. The food is for five, the chefs are great. The only positive things are the sea and the food.
