It was our perfect vacation in the perfect place❤️Excellent guest house, everything is new, clean, cozy both on the territory of the house and in the room. The hostess of the house Natalia, the owner Denis and the girls are very friendly and helpful. All our requests were taken into account and fulfilled, it was important to us and, as a result, pleasant, since we were traveling with a small one-year-old daughter. I was very glad to be on vacation in this place. I was on vacation with friends in July. Wonderful clean area, comfortable rooms. The hostess always prompted on all questions, a very nice and welcoming woman. Rooms were cleaned regularly . Everything is very clean and tasteful. A clean pool, which was important for us. There is a sea and a shop nearby. Very comfortable beds, I want to mention this fact! Beautiful grounds and a view from the window. Everything was clear on the check-in, too. The hotel is new, everything is brand new, especially for such a price, it is now a rarity for Abkhazia. I have fallen madly in love with this place and I will definitely come back here. I recommend it!

I managed to visit this hotel recently. I liked everything very much. It is close enough to go to the sea, not far from the market, it is very convenient that the train station is also nearby, at hand. From there we went to Sukhum several times. Very friendly staff, everything is clean. One day a pharmacy was needed, a girl from the staff quickly helped to find it, suggested where to go. Delicious breakfasts. Nice big pool. Thanks for the rest, I will recommend the hotel to my friends!

It is impossible to express how much we enjoyed everything!
The rooms are clean and cozy, the staff is polite and attentive. The hosts Natalia and Daria are simply amazing! They always respond quickly to any requests and are ready to help in any situation, and not always related to staying in a hotel, they try to provide maximum comfort! Wonderful chefs, the food is delicious and varied.

A wonderful, fresh, beautiful place!
The rooms are very comfortable, the photos correspond 100%, the host family is very pleasant and always in touch! The breakfasts are great))As soon as they launch their kitchen and the rest of the meals, there will be 100 out of 10!

We came to this cozy place for the weekend. Clean territory, cozy rooms, a warm pool, delicious breakfasts, special thanks to the girls, Natalia, for them. The sea is within walking distance, clean. I recently visited this hotel. Everything is just perfect. The staff is friendly, the hotel itself is very clean. A large nice pool, but also close enough to the sea. I had a very good rest, next time I'll come with friends!

One of the best places in Abkhazia.! If you are looking for a warm welcome, then you are here.! The sea is a 10-minute walk away, mountain views and excellent service.! Be careful!!!!
10 days before the rest, I first wrote to Avito with the hostess of this house to find out the price and available rooms for our dates. After some time, we agreed on a two-room 4-bed room with a balcony, discussed the price, as well as the amount of prepayment for BOOKING THIS PARTICULAR ROOM, asked to send a photo of this particular room that we are offered. They sent me a photo saying this will be your number, everything was fine with us. I asked for a number to transfer money for the reservation. I transferred the money. I was confirmed that yes, that's right, it is. After that, I also called this hostess Natalia, and we discussed everything once again confirming. I asked her for probably the fifth time that it would not work out that we would arrive, and you would offer us another room not like in the photo. To which she assured me that this had never happened , it could not be .
10 days later, we are going on a trip, I write to her that we are leaving and will be there tomorrow. She replies that she is waiting for us.
After driving for 14 hours on the road, we arrive at this place. We ring the doorbell for a long time, no one opens it. Then the door opens, I say, we booked a two-room room, so we arrived. What is the answer to WHICH 2-ROOM ROOM? When did you book? All our rooms are occupied. Probably your number is two local maybe. We are shocked to start showing our correspondence, the hostess Natalia tries to pretend that she can't understand anything about how it happened, that we probably got it mixed up, and in the first ten minutes without apologizing and saying nothing sensible, she just stands and looks at her phone, not answering our questions. After half an hour of Natalia hanging out, she started trying to impose a double room on us, but as if there were three of us. And I tell her how we will live in three on two beds. To which she replied, she cannot offer any other options.
Then he says, well, then I'll refund your prepayment and you go look for something else wherever you want.

it's a terrible place, they take an advance payment for one room, and when you come to check in, the hostess has amnesia and she can't remember which room you agreed with her for, and starts offering you to check into a completely different one, the photos do not correspond to reality. Everything is very sad.......
