We checked into this hotel on August 6th.
We had a bus tour from the operator Olan tour, arrived late in the evening, around 22.00 and checked into rooms and fed dinners.
We had a brick building and at least we were lucky! When checking into the room, we were very "pleasantly" surprised, it feels like no one really cleaned the room ... and whether it was cleaned at all, the question is :) The room was very stuffy, but when I tried to turn on the air conditioner, it turned out that there were no batteries in the remote control (they promised to change tomorrow, but tomorrow never came), dirt in the shower, the toilet drain did not work, but the next day they did, there were no towels and they said no now...we were shocked that we wanted to wash after the road, and then bang and there are no towels, the next day I went to the reception to ask, but there is no one at the reception all the time and there is simply no one to ask (((... eventually I found someone and said two hours later and we waited again until They brought it! Fortunately, we took one on the road. From time to time, the light and hot water in the room go out, but on the third day we are already used to doing nothing and no one cares! Nutrition is generally a complete horror, if you did not come first, then maybe after 15 minutes, after the start of the meal, there will be nothing left!
And the most terrible thing is that they throw up their hands all the time and say no or I don't understand))),,, plus stock up on pills)))),,, yu...there was no variety of food, then pasta, then potatoes, there were very few vegetables, fruits were only watermelon or once they gave a peach...they may not be left because hungry or ill-mannered Armenians or Georgians want to recruit like the last time and it turns out that there may be nothing left! About the foundation of the hotel, it is better to live in a brick building, it is newer and more modern! The territory is also not particularly pleasing, the pool as an inflatable cottage surprised us very much)))) but there is a note in the hotel that there is a swimming pool, there are also shizlong, which already need to be thrown out in the trash, because if you lie on it, you can get some nail then from one place!)..there is a table and table tennis rackets, but in the photo you will see the beauty))).
And the owner is not interested in visitors at all, and as we were told that he treats wine, then all this is nonsense!!! Although other hotels have something for dinner, then Chacha, then wine!...and the owners of the hotel are not very happy to have guests!!!...They constantly go into conflict and say they don't like it - that's the way out! And when we left the hotel, a woman arrived with a child who is asmatic, and they gave her a room where everything is flowing and damp, and when she started asking, the owner said..Don't come here!!! Here's the way out and go look for a place to live! He was also rude and raised his voice, and when the woman began to speak louder, he began to shut her mouth and talk to her husband, you will communicate like this!!! Don't like the hotel don't live! As we understood, the owner of this hotel is not happy with Belarusians, but only to row money!
But there are also advantages: the Internet was stable, more or less the location, the green area, well, probably that's it. We are not completely satisfied with the hotel! Terrible attitude!!! I do not recommend this place! It is better to overpay a little, but live in peace!...and then in olan tour they say that it's very cool here, a buffet, wine in the evening, etc.
We had a room without a room.
The room was dirty when checking in. There was dust, black cobwebs on the walls.
There was a transparent wall between the bathroom, the toilet and the bathroom.
The room had a bed, a wardrobe, a table, a chair and 2 bedside tables.
The bathroom had: toilet, Jacuzzi (used as a shower), washbasin, mirror, 2 tubes of 20 ml shampoos (1 tube was enough to wash your hair 2 times), 2 soaps, 2 large towels, 2 small hand towels. There was hot water, then there wasn't.
There was no kettle, hair dryer, shower gel, or TV in the room. They asked for a kettle, fed them with promises. They asked for a hair dryer, they gave me a hair dryer. But, he almost electrocuted, the wire was broken.
The Wi-Fi worked intermittently, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
Take your own beach towels.
The room was damp.
According to the food, the food is delicious. We tried to diversify it.
But, there were cases when there was not enough meat for all the guests. There were not enough napkins on the tables.
The hotel itself lacks cleanliness. Dirty, dusty. Even in the dining room, there is dirt on the wooden benches near the wall, you can't sit there.
It takes 5-10 minutes to walk to the sea. slowly.
I do not recommend it. The hostess is boorish, looking for benefits in everything. There is no treatment for guests. They do what they want. A buffet? You'll still have to fight for food or get up at 6 a.m. to grab a bite. Tk is applied very little and is not updated. Food has a whole cycle. Tomorrow = cutlets, lunch = this cutlet is mashed. Breakfast = pasta, dinner = pasta salad. There is no choice. Well, the numbers are generally flying) God forbid they put you in your room, and not where they want to go.
I highly recommend it
