We were in Sri Lanka (Unawatuna Beach) in February 2025. We visited this "restaurant" several times. The staff is very polite, they know a few words in Russian. The menu is in Russian and, it is important to note, its pages are wiped daily))), and not like in other establishments with a kilogram of dirt on the pages. The food is well cooked, you can choose what to cook on the tray at the entrance to the establishment (several types of fresh fish, octopus, shrimp of different sizes, oysters, lobsters, etc.). I am not a fan of raw fish, I have not personally tried it, but all my friends were delighted with tuna sashimi. And yes, this is the only place where Tom Yam soup is served, which is similar to the Thai version (it contains coconut milk and lemongrass with mushrooms), in other cafes (Unawatuna beach) this soup is more like tomato soup with a piece of fish and a couple of shrimps), here at least seafood is really added and served with bread toast and banana chips. There is a slight disadvantage, this is when cooking for you on an open fire, then some of the smoke gets into the "hall" where you are (an open area on the second floor with fans). I recommend taking alcoholic cocktails, they were delicious, their smoothies and freshly squeezed juices are very good. Wi-fi is running at a good speed. The toilet is modest, but clean.
