Cozy and nice place for coffee. Good choice of snacks and pastries. BUT such a sloooow and unresponsive staff… always unbelievably long wait time even if there is no wait line at all. Maybe staff needs some motivation/training to make sure guests aren’t waiting for 15! mins for their coffee when no one else is in there. Staff is talking to each other, chatting, sitting in their phones… saw the situations when people cancelled their order because it’s just unacceptable to wait for so long. Other then wait time no objections.

Cool cafe, pleasant atmosphere. It is convenient that there is a zone for children, my son likes it. Coffee is always delicious, you can have a hearty snack and choose a dessert. We love their Mochi, pasta and tartlets for coffee. We always buy buckwheat tea with cinnamon and coffee in drips at home.

Good coffee, there is a choice of food and desserts, but there is one huge "BUT" that makes this place a place where you do not want to return - the service. Once I got on the guy's shift, it was the only time when everything was great, fast, polite and relaxed. Mostly I get in a way that makes it feel like they're doing me a favor.
The situation today is just 10 out of 10. The coffee shop's opening hours are from 8 a.m., I went in with a friend to have a coffee before work, the time is about 8:45. Entering the cafe, we saw the cleaner, who continued cleaning, and the barista, finishing a sandwich, sitting in the hall near the cash register. When asked if the establishment was working, she got down from her chair with a displeased look and said that they actually had cleaning. Seriously? So maybe you should have closed the cafe, cleaned it, and opened it when you were working? Or change your work schedule?
The atmosphere is made by people, and with such an attitude there is absolutely no desire to come there again. It's a pity that a good product can't be taught well.
