I have repeatedly vacationed at this hotel. The beach is sandy, the sea is close. Cleaning every day. Towels are changed every day. Bathrobe, slippers. Beautiful interior design. There were always enough sun beds on the beach and the pool. Good cooks. Food for every taste, excellent desserts. Lunches and dinners are beautifully decorated with love. dishes and interior. It's always clean. Animators are working. There is a bus stop nearby - you can visit the ancient Side even without a tour yourself.

We just got back from the hotel.
Positive: nice rooms, excellent service, cool pools, delicious food, good Wi-Fi, great spa.
Cons: the hotel is for people over 55 years old, 8 out of 10 vacationers are pensioners. From the entertainment of darts, aqua aerobics and shows in the evening. There is no volleyball. A small selection of food at lunch. There are a lot of algae on the beach, they are not cleaned. The beach seems to be sandy, and there are stones in the water in unexpected places. You can break your legs. We walked further along the shore, other hotels are clean and there are no stones in the sea.
There were no Russian vacationers.

We visited this hotel for the May holidays in 2023, there were not many people. The hotel is good, the standard room is decent, everything is fine. The sea was cool, the pools too, unfortunately there is no heating. The food is all good, cocktails, wine, etc. And there is a good bar on the beach for drinks and food. The only thing that bothered me was the view of the garden, since there is a stage and at 23 o'clock in the evening the music is playing right through the windows, then the Arabs settled in and the corridor turned into a football field with screams, but the most unpleasant thing was when our compatriots settled, or in the corridor, and smoking on the balcony, of course it's how lucky with neighbors, but living with a child in a room where cigarette smoke pulls so-so. I asked for earplugs at the reception, but unfortunately we couldn't help in any way, and it's a long way to the nearest pharmacies.

we had a rest in July 2024. The hotel is great. Spacious rooms, great food, excellent service, good animation. Of the disadvantages, only the sea, which in July is too warm and not transparent, i.e. it looks like a puddle. Cobblestones come across at the entrance of the fashion. We stayed at this hotel in May from 15 to 26 2024. I liked the hotel, the very attentive attitude of the staff, all without exception. Great room, big, bright. The maid is a darling . Good food , they didn 't drink alcohol , so I don 't know . We didn't go to animation, we like to walk, but we were there every day. There were always enough sea beds nearby , even at 12 o'clock , I don 't know later they left . In general, everything is fine.

They were at the end of October 2023 . Hotel 16+(61+ most likely) . Line 2 . It 's not far from the sea .The territory of the hotel is small. The beach is small, the sun beds are close to each other. They are occupied in the morning . There are no free sunbeds at 10 a.m. The numbers are normal . Everything is there . They 're cleaning up . Food for 3+ . The breakfasts are good , and then lunch and dinner are a mess of minced meat tasteless . It is difficult to choose a normal and delicious meal . Alcohol is only local . Therefore, there is no choice . Cocktails made from local alcohol are impossible to drink . There is no animation . In the evening, a performance by some group of musicians , acrobats , and so on (tosca). It saved that there is a gorgeous promenade to the historic city of Side . It is a pleasure to walk along the sea and see the sights. The staff is diligent and polite. Especially at the reception . They always helped to solve problems and treated them with attention .
There is a hammam , but the sauna is cold.

3 years ago we were with my husband at this hotel. This year we returned to this hotel and I want to say that I want to come back here. The service has improved compared to the first time, and more specifically, free Wi-Fi, room cleaning with replenishment of the mini bar, it seemed that alcohol has become better, free ice cream from 11 to 17, various drinks are served on the beach. In July, there were all kinds of fruits except strawberries, I liked everything about nutrition. The pool is perfect, but the sea was dirty both times, the waters grew near the shore, there are stones in the sea, and so the beach is clean and sand, small pebbles enter the sea. Animation for an amateur. The staff is polite and friendly, they practically do not speak Russian, as there are more vacationers from Germany and Poland (vacationers are very friendly). A hotel for a relaxing holiday.

The hotel is amazing! We went with my wife in August 2022.
1. Hotel 16+
2. Ultra all inclusive. The food is varied, very tasty (I was extremely pleased). From meat and fish — several types of fish, lamb, beef, chicken, shrimp, crayfish, lula, doner. Shawarma, gezelme, and something else are cooked on the beach.
Near the pool there are fish, pizza, burgers, French fries, vegetables, fruits, Grilled (meat, chicken, vegetables), several types of chicken, waffles.
In 12 nights, I didn't even have time to try everything.
Naturally, a variety of drinks are offered both at the sea and near the pool (alcoholic and non-alcoholic (all in the all-inclusive concept))
3. The hotel is very clean, the room is well maintained, cleaned. The mini bar is replenished every day with fanta, Cola, minimal water, and beer.
4. The hotel has three themed evenings per week. (Turkish night, fish night and romantic evening).
5. The staff is responsive and friendly, many people understand Russian, as well as there is a Russian-speaking administrator at the reception.
6. The hotel is mainly attended by Europeans (Swedes, Germans) Turks and Russians. The attitude towards Russians is excellent.
7. The second line, it takes 3 minutes to walk to the sea. There are their own water attractions, but for a fee.
8. There are no children with moms.
9. Evening programs are varied and interesting.
As a result, I give the hotel 10 out of 10. A place where you want to return.

On the last day, a towel was stolen on the beach, although the beach cleaner assured that it was not there, then why did he put a mattress on an empty sunbed? Question: Who stole the towel? We stayed at this hotel in September. The hotel is very beautiful and clean, the staff is polite, lived in a separate building, Wi-Fi catches perfectly, and the pool catches well. A hotel without children, there is no hustle, there are always free sun beds by the sea and by the pool☺️ The staff doesn't speak Russian except for the girl at the spa, but that's not a problem. There are a lot of Germans in the hotel, despite the concept of 18+ there is no night hype, the whole day is until 23:00, which made us very happy💕👍🏻

The advantages are the proximity to the sea, the beach is small but clean, there is enough space for everyone. There are 3 swimming pools, a gym, a SPA (very expensive). Excellent work of the staff of restaurants, bars and cleaning. The food is normal, the choice is large, for all tastes. The rooms are cleaned every day, the mini bar is replenished, bed linen is changed on the 3rd day. Every evening there is a small entertainment show.
Cons - the work of the receptionist (absolutely negligent), does not explain anything. Animation is zero. The disgusting quality of alcohol. There are a lot of flies in the snack bar and in the beach bar. Poor sound insulation in the rooms.

Just returned from vacation and I want to write a review right away. We had a rest in August 2022, the hotel is super! Food, drinks, fruits all day for every taste. The room is clean and new. Cleaning every day. Wi-Fi and air conditioning work great. And what cool foam parties! The animation is different every day. During the entire vacation, there has never been any discrimination either from employees or from vacationers. The staff is trying very hard. It's two minutes to the sea.Germans, Poles, Russians come to the hotels. Thanks to the hotel! The rest was a five-star success!

The hotel is 16+. In fact - 65+. I would say a retirement home. There are practically no young people. Because German pensioners are always silent. During the day, in the evening, at night they always sleep and do not turn on the music during the day on the beach so as not to disturb their daytime sleep! At 23:00 everything turns off, silence, calmness. The hotel managers say go to sleep in your rooms. The food, cleanliness, comfort are all at the highest level. But if you want to hang out and dance, you're definitely not here. Here you are suffering from boredom

The rest of the vacationers are pensioners from Germany. Only the guide speaks Russian!

We could not exchange rubles at the hotel, although the guide on the transfer assured that this was not a problem at all ... tomorrow we are going to the center of Side to look for an exchange office.
The hotel itself is awesome, but the beds... are 3* at best.. mattresses and pillows leave much to be desired.
And the presence of a washbasin in the room itself is a very strange know-how🤣
Imagine, you are sleeping, and your other half decided to wash in the morning ... and it all happens almost over your head ... in the photo from the hotel's website, this nuance is not noticeable ...and when I showed them a photo of a separate bathroom, they said that this is a photo from another hotel of this chain🤣
So be careful if you want to "hang out" here. Everything else, as I have already written, is great. The number of fruits and vegetables is off the scale, the service is 5*!!!

We are resting here now . We really like it, the service is excellent , the food is delicious, the staff are kind. There are few Russians , mostly Germans . Of the cons - upon arrival at the reception, no one really explained anything, there is almost no Russian-speaking staff, they first settled into a room in another building, with access to some kind of vegetable garden, we forced them to take our suitcases back to the reception and said that they themselves live there, as a result they gave a normal room in the main building ( we paid another $5 for this) . The safe is paid, there is no iron. On the whole , we are satisfied . The bed in the room is very comfortable, the room is washed every day.

Hello, we had a rest in this hotel. I really liked everything, but on the last day, the waiter spoiled the mood. We were waiting for the performance and decided to smoke, went out where the tables were and did not find ashtrays on the table. They wanted to rent at the next table (they weren't sitting at it) and then the waiter brazenly snatches it out and the whole room is outraged, everyone is looking at you (not very nice) The cigarette is lit and the waiter sees it, he called another and said something. I think they're probably going to bring an ashtray now, but it wasn't there, shake it off on the floor (I'm an intelligent person) the waiter is looking at me, the cigarette is smoldering and then at the next table a Russian couple offered me an ashtray, this waiter saw it and left. Honestly, the sediment remained. Well, say it normally, we are all human beings, and don't yell at the whole audience.
