The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms are well located. A good beach, a sufficient number of sun beds. Delicious and varied food. A large beautiful area with a water park; Several slides for the youngest children. In a separate beautiful house, you could take ice cream (there were four types offered) from 12 to 17 o'clock. The hotel is mainly used by tourists from Germany.

Cons: Staff: the reception is not very attentive. I said twice that we have an empty mini-bar and no slippers in the room. They didn't bring anything and didn't fill it out. The phone in the room did not work, after our guide from the travel agency personally told the reception, they came to fix it. They didn't fix it, they said there was some kind of problem on the floor.
Room cleaning leaves much to be desired. Only the middle is washed, all the garbage is pushed around the edges. Towels are rarely changed. You must constantly ask to replace the bed linen. When you give lira and not euros, they are outraged, which is not enough.
The safe is paid: 2 euros per day. The safe in the room was non-working, I had to call the master: I fixed it.
The cleaning on the floors of the hotel is also mediocre, the garbage can lie for two days.
In the restaurant, dishes are not washed very well, it took a long time to find clean plates and wipe glasses.
The territory of the hotel is very small: a large swimming pool, children's slides, a small lawn, a stage for evening performances and bars next to it. That's all, if you want to walk a little in the evening, then there is nowhere. There are no benches, swings, or recreation areas outside the music area.
The animation is monotonous. Mainly for children and a disco in the evening. Gymnasts and dancers performed several times.
In the common hall with a bar, it would be nice to include some light music or, even better, live piano playing, for example. But there is nothing like that and just a buzz of conversations.
If you do not speak English, German or Turkish, it is impossible to clarify with the reception and staff. The inscriptions in the hotel are in Russian, too, but no one speaks it (or pretends to). The animation is entirely in English. Therefore, for people who do not speak English, you need someone nearby who will translate.
In general, the hotel falls short of 5 stars, a solid four.
Of the advantages: Good nutrition: quite varied, there are a lot of things, you can eat almost around the clock (if you missed breakfast, lunch or dinner, there are always additional meals).
A good beach: the entrance to the sea is smooth, the only thing is small pebbles. Nice pier. There are a lot of sun beds. I only saw rescuers in the morning, I didn't notice them after lunch, the tower was empty. Cleaning on the beach is average, garbage sometimes stagnated in pots.

A HOTEL FOR FOREIGNERS!
The hotel is very beautiful, clean, well maintained.The food is excellent, the service is excellent, everything in it is good, but it is very boring! This is the first time I've written a negative review.
What do we want to get out of a vacation? A lot of emotions, positive mood, communication!
We have been vacationing in Turkey since 1995, we have visited many other countries, but we have never returned home with such dissatisfaction.
To begin with, there are only foreigners in the hotel, 50% Poles, Germans, Turks and all the rest, all sitting in their own groups.To hear Russian speech for happiness!
The animation is all in English, or rather it did not exist at all!The animators don't work, they just wander around the hotel.In the afternoon you just lie by the pool or at the sea, in the evening there is a 30-minute show of imported animation (different bands performed) and at 22.30 you can go to bed! Before the 24th "type" there was a disco in a 24-hour bar, but the DJ was far from YOUNG and included such songs....
What we didn't hear, Smokey, Boney M,Tarkan are some of his early songs, the whole repertoire of Poles, and the hit of the hotel was "Bella Ciao" a song by Italian partisans, it was played both day and evening.
We thought we'd go crazy in 2 weeks.When asked why you are so bored, the answer was that foreigners like to relax like that.Not true!!!
Last year we vacationed at Nashira Resort 5* that's where the Animators made our mood, and foreigners first of all ran and participated in various contests and dances of the hotel.
No matter how we set ourselves up, well, the sea, well, the sun...(All tours have been visited before)
They still haven't tuned in, they've been eating and drinking for 2 weeks and stupidly falling down..

Let's start with the check-in. We settled in without any problems, we were given a room with a sea view, quiet. The food is at the highest level, the staff is very responsible and friendly. The territory of the hotel is huge, there is a place to walk. We saw a pheasant once. Which was very surprising. The sea is clean, the beach is too. The entertainment program is interesting and does not bother you.
Of the cons:
1. Stone beach, it hurts to go into the sea without shoes. But there is a pier and you can go to the sea from it, it pleases.
2. The smell of sewage. Sometimes places near the beach smell of sewage, which is upsetting. Although sometimes it didn't smell at all.
3. The cards from the room were constantly demagnetized from the heat, it is clear that they are demagnetized in the sun, and the staff reports this. It's a little inconvenient that you have to run into the hall to eliminate this.
4. Lack of shower gel in the rooms. Sometimes there are gels in 3 stars, but there are none here. There is also no iron, they said that you can ask the cleaners, but they did not figure it out. There was a safe in the room. But it didn't work. By the way, there are also bathrobes. In general, if you close your eyes to these small shortcomings, you can conclude that the hotel is very good. We had a rest in October 2021. A family with 2 small children. Both children and an adult were poisoned or caught rotovirus! Nausea and fever for a couple of minutes, then the beach is covered in cigarette butts! The child plays with them all the time, because there are a lot of them!!!
And finally! The watch is missing from the room! We contacted the customer service department and in 2 days she did nothing and did not find out! We have to leave at night and she says come back tomorrow! And everyone absolutely does not care!! In a word, the rest did not work out for us!

The worst hotel we've ever been to. We set ourselves up for rest, not looking at minor flaws. But the flaws turned out to be not even minor.
There is a cemetery nearby. We were ready. But she's actually at the entrance to the hotel. If you want to go to the bazaar, you will walk past it. It's still a pleasure. Especially when there are "events". There is nowhere to walk outside the hotel! Only a small bazaar.
The food is terrible, my daughter was poisoned by dessert cream. The choice is not that small, there is none. One evening we went to have dinner at the nova mall. Is it a large area? Ha ha. Apparently, the authors of previous reviews have not seen large areas of hotels. But, I note that the territory of the hotel is well thought out and very convenient.
Rooms: in good condition, there are two TVs in the family room - but one remote control. It's kind of weird. The bathroom has a shower, two dispensaries with gel/shampoo and soap. Additionally, there were shower caps and hair conditioner. The towels did come across with holes. The safe is paid - 2€ per day.
The entrance to the sea is not the most comfortable, with stones and slabs.
And another important point is that the hotel is very far from the airport. We drove there for 1.5 hours, they took us back first and it turned out to be 2.5 hours. Why did we choose him, although we knew all the disadvantages, are you probably asking a question? The end of October, the choice of hotels is small and plus they snapped up tickets, took almost the first one they came across, and regretted it. I was riding in the elevator with a woman, we talked, we came to the general opinion that I really want to go home from this hotel. And never return to it.

As for the food - the usual canteen food...

We had a rest in May 2019.I can compare it with the hotels "Calido Maris"4️⃣ 2018, "Hestia resort 3️⃣ 2016. now he is Dream World palace, "Holiday park" 2015 3️⃣ and "Sea planet" 2️⃣⬇️ and we liked him for a long time. Don't see each other in the photo! We arrived late at night, the reception was not friendly.Communication was exclusive. only in English, they pretended that they did not understand Russian.They placed us on different floors, offered them an additional payment of about 20 rubles, we were just rude and in response we were offered a balcony with a view of the cemetery. They have prices in 💶 and min 40 euros. And since we wanted two rooms next to each other, then 80 euros. There was no Russian-speaking children's animator.
The animation is very boring. We had to entertain ourselves and Everyone. They are not picky about food, so they are normal. The rooms were cleaned, as they left tips. I do not recommend it!!!The price for the tour is not justified!!!

We used to go into the sea from the pier, but this year one ladder is askew, and the second one has broken steps at the bottom and therefore it is difficult to climb. I hope that the stairs will be put in order by next season. I was glad that the furniture was changed on the 8th floor of the main building. The rooms are always clean, linen and towels were changed every 3 days. At the end of the season, many people of retirement age rested, so if you want to have fun, then it's better to go in the summer. The food is varied-chicken, turkey, fish, beef, vegetables in assortment, a lot of greens, from fruits in October-melon, watermelon, tangerines, plums, white and black grapes, apples, pears.

The hotel is good for families with children, the location is good, the food is good, the cleanliness is on the level, the staff is polite and professional. The animators are great guys. We stayed at this hotel from September 12 to September 20, 2019 with the kids.We lived in the main building, room 2708, on the seventh floor. The view from the room is gorgeous.I liked the hotel, cleaning every day, cleanliness.The food is delicious and varied.It takes literally 3-4 minutes to walk to the sea. The sea is warm and clean, there were waves for two or three days, we swam on mattresses. And so the sea is calm.The sun is gentle, it does not bake.Tanned perfectly. The beach is rocky, we bought special slippers, and there is sand.One day there was a thunderstorm, everything dried up quickly. The animation is great.The embankments are cultural, there are children's towns everywhere, exercise equipment, fountains. And the flight was rescheduled well.It was great!!! Let's go to the reception to be relocated. I had to pay $78 for the relocation. The food in the hotels is disgusting, it is not even possible to eat mashed potatoes, they give half-cooked chicken. This hotel is not a 5-star hotel, but a real 3-star Hotel. Only the territory of the hotel is beautiful and that's it. In the restaurant, there is not even salt or pepper on the tables - you have to get it all. In a bar near the beach at 08/17/20 in the evening, a drunken guest molested the girls and threatened them. The girls asked the hotel staff for help 5 times, but there was zero reaction. After a drunken German slapped the waiter in the face and threatened the hotel manager with a rose from a bottle. the staff took action. I will never come to this hotel again. And the Russian guests who are resting here also do not speak into it with their foot.

It is better to take the 2nd floor. On the ground floor, next to the pool, non-guests of the first floor often hang around. I do not recommend swimming in it. We witnessed how it was chlorinated with a scoop from a bag. Quiet horror. The rooms are clean and tidy, there is a mini fridge, TV, air conditioning, and a private balcony. Cleaned daily, 1 lira per day per pillow- increases the quality of cleaning at times :) For lovers of a quiet holiday, a bungalow will definitely not work, because from 12 to 18 p.m. club music is heard from a nearby beach institution, and on weekends, local weddings take place until nightfall. It didn't bother us. Everything is within walking distance - the beach, a buffet restaurant and a bar above it where the mini-discos of the hotel take place from 23:00, a bar, and another (secret) beach of the hotel, which do not be lazy to ask at the reception. There are fewer people on it and wild Russian tourists do not clog the sunbeds from 6 a.m. Going to sea is rocky, so you should stock up on coral slippers or go down into the water from a pier nearby. Free Wi-Fi is available only at the hotel reception, in the main building. For bungalows, it is better to immediately buy access from 10 days, the local SIM card, alas, will be more expensive, around $ 30. The buffet is simple, but quite edible, we never stayed hungry. The restless animator will not let you get bored either during the day or in the evening. He also shows a fire show and a walk through the windows. The staff is generally friendly. Opposite the bungalow is a good White & white establishment, not included in the all inclusive - in the evening it is soulful to watch the fortress of Calais, which is opposite, on the right. Not far from the bungalow there is a 101 bus stop, for 4 lira you can go to the center (Ataturk Square), Klepatra beach and the funicular to the Calais fortress. Also, within walking distance of 15 minutes: Alanium center, where you can buy inexpensive oriental sweets, tea, coffee, carob syrup, pomegranate sauce, black cumin oil, local grape wine. The sea is clean and warm (rested 22/9-4/10). So there is a mini golf course. Be careful with the dryer on the balcony - in places there are slightly rusted ones that can spoil white things. For light sleepers, it is better to buy earplugs in advance. The sound insulation leaves much to be desired, but this is more a question for the builders than for the hotel, a local feature.

I liked it: a nice nice dining room, a beautiful view from the beach, the building is close to its own beach
I didn't like it: actually entering the sea is only from the pier (rocks, waves)- there are 7 stops in a straight line to a normal beach, the room stock is in a depressing condition, the lighting in the rooms is as if Ilyich's light bulb was invented only yesterday, the safe and towels are paid, the safe is not fixed in the closet-take it out, I did not notice cameras in the halls of the floors in principle.
Bottom line: the fourth star is only for the beach that is nearby, to be honest, this is a three-star hotel with old rooms.

We arrived together with my husband for two weeks and to be honest we were shocked. Previously, we rested in different hotels, in 5,4 and even three in Marmaris, left more pleasant impressions.
Here, it is decent to walk from the hotel to the sea, which is very disappointing. The dining room and bar are there, away from the hotel. They agreed to a bungalow for an additional fee. Of course, everything changes radically here! And the view from the window and the sound of the sea and everything is within walking distance, sun beds, mattresses are all free and there is enough for everyone.
But the cuisine and alcohol leave much to be desired.
Animation for children and adults can be said to be absent. One "artist" holds children's contests for adults every evening. There are cartoons and a disco for children.)
The staff is sooooo friendly! Special thanks to the bartenders. Thanks to the staff in the dining room too!
Will we come here again? No..

The hotel is not bad, 3 stars (although it says 4*).
I was on vacation with my family on 08.2018. The food is excellent, but it is not convenient that the restaurant is far from the main building, as well as the beach (crossing the road, and with small children it is not very good). The staff at the beach bar is not very friendly (I ordered a mojito without alcohol, but they can't). The girls at the reception are friendly and customer-oriented.

The staff is responsive, the food is 4))) it would be 5 if it weren't for the sausages in the color of red square) in general, it's very good. The room is cleaned average. The garbage was basically not taken out for 2 days, until I had already scattered it on the floor))))) The animation is monotonous, but we went every day because we were with the children, and they liked everything. 10 days the same animation, word for word))))) The welcome song is still playing in my ears in the evenings))))) The entrance to the sea is TERRIBLE (((((((( without shoes it's sooo hard(((( this is a very big minus ))))))))))) We went to Cleopatra Beach once, it's certainly very cool there.
