We rested with our family for almost a month. We love Abkhazia very much with all our heart and soul.
In Sia Land there are very good houses, made of high quality, inside there is also a tree, which is very important. Because in Abkhazia, most of the houses inside are upholstered with YUSB, and this is very harmful to health. Here, the hosts took care of their guests, it's nice.
The owners themselves are very friendly, they will always tell you and help you. Even for their guests, tables are set and wine is served.
It's a minute walk to the beach, they are on the first line. The beach is clean, not crowded. There is a cafe on the beach. And there are cafes around this location everywhere in Princeps. There is a shared kitchen and a barbecue, so you can cook something yourself too. Everything is very green on the territory, there is even a garden. Swing, trampoline for children.
The center of Sukhum is 10 minutes away by car.
In general, I recommend it.

A wonderful place - the sea is literally 30 meters away. Shops and cafes are also nearby. I am also very wonderful, hospitable and helpful hosts! We are glad that we stayed with them.
