The hotel is so-so , we settled into a room without a window (curtain and wall) It's like you're in a basement. Terrible sound insulation, the doors look like cardboard, there's no shower, just a faucet in the wall and you're standing washing in the toilet. Then we were relocated for an additional fee. The fee was like in "superior", but at least there was a window, but the impression was terrible, it's good that we only lived there for 6 days
8-10 min to the beach. The room is equipped with air conditioning, a fridge and a kettle. You can always get water from the maid. I didn't need cleaning, but it was offered all the time. TV, 1 program in Russian. There is a good massage parlor on the 1st floor (I visited several, there is something to compare it with). From 10 to 12 happy hour: Thai massage for 160 baht instead of 200! I haven't seen it anywhere else. The bakery and 7/11 are also in this building. If you go to the sea before the very last intersection on the right side, I took fruits from my aunt every time: I asked for 2 types - she did it for only 20 baht.
The hotel is not bad, in a quiet location. But it's about 1km to the sea. The furniture is not new, but it is not critical. Literally 50 meters away there is a 7/11
