Clean, quite cozy, the rooms are spacious.
There are disadvantages, the rooms are not cleaned, there are rules, my brother came to visit me to sit peacefully quietly, let me tell the whole hotel off like a child that they need to be asked, it's unpleasant. The staff is not as friendly as it seems.
