A nice little hotel. The rooms are large and clean. Cleaning every day. The food is delicious. The beach is sandy and pebbly, there were no problems with sunbeds in August. The disadvantages are that all the bars are outside and there is nowhere to sit in the cool in the heat. The lobby bar had all alcoholic drinks, the rest had only beer. And they apparently bring drinks there limited for the day, because by the day the variety of cocktails was excellent, and by the evening there was almost no choice, they were already making from what was left. There were no problems with such as gin, whiskey, vodka and beer, there were never queues at bars, you could take several glasses at once so as not to run.
In general, the hotel is for a good four, for your money just a great place for a quiet relaxing holiday.

Pros The hotel corresponds to 4 stars. Convenient location to the sea 200m.The food is without frills, but there was enough for everyone, without queues, everything was cooked very tasty, the cook-5 points.Animation after 21.00 at a nearby hotel, daily room cleaning, the staff is young and friendly. Alcohol is not diluted or limited (offset), there is a bar on the beach with non-alcoholic drinks, wine and beer are all fresh and delicious, grandma bakes Turkish tortillas there. Special thanks to the woman Alexandra, who works at a travel agency next to the hotel, a Russian-speaking serious woman who has been working there for 21 years. Feel free to contact her, she will tell you everything, tell you how and where to get there, change the currency if necessary and send you on a Tour (much cheaper than the guides) there would be more such people and preferably they would be all over Turkey. The rooms are simple, but we had enough to spend the night. We went shopping in migros. The passage is above ground and underground. Water, tea, and coffee were available. We had a rest from September 15 to 24, 2024. The room on the 6th floor is 618. The view from the balcony is wonderful! Everything is fine, everything works in the room: air conditioning, hair dryer, TV, always hot water, without breakdown. Kitchen: everything is just super! A variety of meat dishes daily, fish! Sweets, fruits! Special thanks to the chef! All employees are sociable and hardworking. I stayed at this hotel in September 2024. I had a normal room with a gorgeous sea view. The furniture is tired, but the beds have good mattresses and pillows. The rooms are cleaned regularly, towels are changed, and beach towels are provided at the reception. I liked the food, there was no meat, I was warned about this when I bought a ticket, mainly chicken, fish, a variety of cheeses, vegetables and fruits, specifically I got hooked on peanut paste. The hotel has no territory, only a pool area. This hotel is for a budget holiday, who is used to relaxing in 5* - probably will not like it. But the sea is a 5-minute walk away - I'm going there for it. It has its own beautiful beach, bar, ice cream and sea🤗💋

I would like to write my opinion. 2 adults and 3 children had a rest in September 2024. To be honest, when we read the reviews, we were preparing for the worst, but upon arrival everything turned out to be not so bad!! We were given 2 rooms, overlooking the sea on the 5th floor.
Let's be realistic. The trip to this hotel was more budget-friendly. There could be no demand as with 5*. I don't understand people who write disgusting reviews, what do you want for that kind of money?
Let's take it in order:
1) A small area, but it's cozy, it's perfect for those who came not to walk around the territory, but to sunbathe and swim, and go on excursions. There are drinks, beer, gin, vodka, whiskey, wine..
2) the rooms are not big, but we don't have to hang out in the room, just sleep over the night and continue walking. Yes, we came across both rooms with a working conditioner, with water, and everything worked fine. We had a smell of sewage in our room periodically, but damn, people, it's in the good 5x. What we didn't like - There are no hooks in the room, the light is too dim, there are no shelves in the closet (only on the top, but it's not convenient) and there is no outlet next to the bed. But these are all small things
3) animation is free at the nearby SunHaven hotel for children miniDisko and then a variety of shows. We paid extra for bracelets for the last 2 days at this hotel and rested on their territory with food and drinks.
4) beach: there were enough sunbeds, a beach bar with beer and wine, tortillas, ice cream, everything is fine. The biggest disadvantage is the bottom of the sea. It's just a huge disappointment. It looks like another city at the bottom, slabs, stones, sometimes very sharp. Also, out of the 8 days we stayed there, we did not swim in the sea for 3 days because of the huge waves ... special sneakers saved me, but my friends did not beat my legs a lot.
5) the pool is great, it was quiet and peaceful, there were enough sun beds
6) Food! Well, how can I say, we were not hungry, there was always enough food, but everything is monotonous, there is not much choice. We are not picky, but if you rest for more than 10 days, then you will get tired of eating there ... they really do not know how to cook chicken there, but the tongue and meat are always excellent. But let me remind you - this is not a 5* hotel. We understand where we were going. Since we took 2 days of stay at 5*, we ate there for 2 days too)) It's more striking, of course, a little more than what it was. But I can't say that I'm really excited. Normal. Absolutely fine)))
7) for excursions to Alexandra, you definitely won't regret it. A cool woman, she will answer any question.
But we were definitely unlucky with the Pegasus Guide. It's the worst I've ever seen. I have rested in many places, but I have not met such guides. In our opinion, nasty, slippery and overly mercantile Anna. We all immediately indicated at the meeting that we did not need excursions and we did not want to waste precious minutes of our rest on this, which we received nasty views and statements like : it is not pleasant to communicate with such tourists. Or like this: Pegasus loves only those vacationers who take excursions from them. IT WAS KAPETS. We were shocked by her phrases, how did she get hired to work as a guide in the first place 🫢
I'll say this, in general everything is great, but I really didn't like the bottom of the sea. This is a huge reason not to come here anymore, unfortunately... I understand that this is not the fault of the hotel, but we have never seen such a bottom anywhere else.

I had a very good rest in this hotel, it corresponds to 4 all inclusive rooms. Basically, the room, the shower, the towels were changed, the crazy soap ones were changed. The Swede does not have a large assortment, but everything is there. There is a drunkard, there is a bar on the beach, we cooked on the beach. There is no animation group, but there is one in the neighboring hotel and this is also the San haven grid. And according to our bracelets, we were allowed there, and there are 5ka and there are animators and shops to do what. Rested fire price quality.

The hotel is not very good, no fun. In the evening, it was necessary to stomp to the neighboring disco. And the staff is terrible! When checking in, they didn't want to give us our comfort rooms that were BOOKED!!! They put us in some kind of economy room, and the next day they moved us to better rooms, but not comfortable. Cleaners are certainly tough... They steal without hesitation. If you are not in the room during cleaning, then something will be stolen from you 100 percent. They don't take it with them, but stuff it under the closet so they can take it away when they change the sheets. In short, let's use the words hotel-lounge. It's better to go to the next one.

I had a rest in July 2023 in this hotel, the rooms are modest, but there is everything you need, a large balcony, always hot water, delicious and varied food, often fish, which was not in other hotels. The pastries are monotonous, the fruits are always different, the quality is different, the buffet. The beach is sandy and pebbly, the entrance to the sea is good, there are plenty of sun beds. The bottom is made of large stones and slabs. There are shops nearby, you can shop. Everyone speaks Russian, there are no problems in communication. Animation at a nearby hotel. The staff is simple, unschooled, everything is at home. The contingent consists of Russians, Kazakhs and Moldovans or Romanians. Everyone is friendly, but not sociable and no one greets, as is customary in other hotels. Despite some nuances, I liked it. I was driving to the sea and the sun, the weather did not let me down, and the living conditions did not really bother me. Thanks!

I liked the hotel, the food is very good, I have not seen such a variety in any 4th room. They asked for a good clean room with a new renovation, they begged for a long time to put everyone on the 6th floor there are bad rooms. Of the cons, the sea is very dirty, especially after lunch, from the neighboring five Hummingbirds there is no rest from the animation of the wall and the bed is shaking, the weather pumped up very hot 40 degrees, I had to swim in a long-sleeve football, but this did not save it burned down anyway, the shades let the sun rays through. But this does not apply to the hotel and the stones in the sea cleared a small section of the bottom. The staff was helpful, the hair dryer was broken after 30 minutes, they came to fix it, the water ran out in the refrigerator, they said at the reception desk after 2 minutes they filled the bar with water. I recommend the hotel very well!

I had a rest from September 3-14. In general, I liked the hotel because I was traveling across the sea. The beach is close via an underground or surface passage (in the evening, the sunset opens from it with incredible beauty). I liked the beach, there are enough sun beds, towels are not provided, there is a toilet, shower, changing rooms, the bar is open from 11:00-17:00, there is beer, water, coffee, cola, ice cream is given in the morning, delicious tortillas are baked 2 times a day, I did not leave the beach for lunch, there was something to eat. There are large stones in the water, be careful, it's better to take corals and a beach towel with you. The staff is friendly, constant cleaning on the beach, yoga, darts, zumba, volleyball. Near the beach there is a point with paid entertainment (cheesecake, banana, paragliding, jet ski). All questions are only for tourists, they throw plastic and gobies and take everything to the sea, take sun beds with towels and leave for half a day. The beach is shared with the neighboring hotel.
If you go to the left of the hotel, you can walk to the center of Konakla in 15 minutes. There is a bazaar, shops, a mosque, a clock tower, and a sculpture of horses. Be careful! The road between the beach and the hotel and when hiking in Konakli is one of the most dangerous roads in Turkey, look carefully, use the crossings.
Across the street from the hotel, on the left at the ground crossing, there is a bus stop 50 to Alanya. The city is beautiful, a cable car, bazaars, cafes. I recommend going for a walk. Payment for the bus in any currency is 1 dollar, 1 euro or lira. Payment at the exit.

The room under the roof is very hot, it is impossible to breathe, but the air conditioner works directly on the bed. A cold in the first days on the face. Towels are rarely changed, not very clean, but they put on water and upon arrival there was a lot of soap, shampoos, shower gel and disposable slippers.
There is no hot water in the evening. There is an elevator to the 6th floor and a staircase. When going on excursions, you can pre-order lunch at the reception. The staff is friendly, tries hard, there are no questions. Nutrition - I always found something to eat, there are no questions. Alcohol and drinks for every taste. The lobby bar is always available to take water, alcohol, coffee, in the evening to sit there or by the pool. The pool is not bad, but I did not swim there, there is also a bar. You can go to the animation and use the bar in the neighboring hotel from 20:00-23:00. There is a wonderful tour agency from Alexandra with a good price list between our hotel and the neighboring one. For a budget and non-picky vacation at the sea, it is fully suitable. The main problem is the lack of a balcony and the strong noise from discos and animations. There is no quiet place in the hotel. You need to be prepared for this.

We rested at the sea bird beach Hotel on 06/24/2024-07/03/2024.
We bought tickets in the application "bank of burning tours" 120k for 2 adults.
A few words about the tour operator, namely Intourist. The impressions are very bad. We flew on Azur Air, 5 hours of flight, we were not fed - they said that the tour operator should have warned us and asked whether to order food for us. Naturally, we were not asked or warned about anything. When we arrived, we went through passport control, took our luggage and realized that we didn't know where to go. No one explained the location of the tour operator's desk. We tried to ask the airport staff, but of course no one speaks Russian (this was expected, we ourselves are at odds with English, and even more so with Turkish). We left the airport, somehow found their counter, and we were sent to the bus. And we sat stupidly on the bus for an hour. The result: we took off from Moscow at 14:35, and arrived at the hotel at 00:00. The next day there was a meeting with the guide (they said that this was to clarify the transfer back), but in fact he was selling excurias, she asked about the transfer herself at the end of the conversation - the answer is: look at the counter for a day. As a result, we were not informed about the transfer in a day and we sorted it out at the reception (the administrator contacted the company and found out when they would come for us). Opinion about Intourist : 2/10.
I remind you, we arrived at the hotel at 00:00, dinner was finished a long time ago, and we were tired and hungry. A nice young man from the reception put us in a room (513 on the 5th floor) and even went with us to see it.
And after that, he took us to the dining room, turned on the drinks machines and showed us that we could eat. Many thanks to the hotel for getting into the situation and being so nice!
About the room: we read the reviews and were prepared for the worst. IN VAIN! The room is spacious and, most importantly, clean! There is a terrace with a table and chairs, and a wonderful view! The bathroom is clean, but the smell of sewage (if the door is closed, then it does not go to the room itself).
Cleaning was done EVERY DAY. Two lovely girls wiped the floor, changed the sheets, mini bar, slippers, bathroom mat and, at our request, wiped the terrace (furniture).
The room has a working TV with Russian channels and a perfectly functioning air conditioner. Mirror, wardrobe, bedside table, mini bar with water. There are soap and shampoo things on the wall in the bathroom, but we brought our own and used them.
About food: they cook delicious and a lot. Breakfast: eggs (boiled, fried), delicious French fries, 8 types of cheeses, jams, toasts, porridge, cereals.
Lunch, dinner: pasta, several types of potatoes, meat (1 sometimes 2 options), fish, eggplant, mushrooms, a bunch of vegetables in salads, just sliced vegetables, pickled nishtyaks, sweets, fruits (by the way, there are few fruits, it's a pity) . Juices, fanta Cola sprite, water, wine and beer are poured in the lobby bar, by the pool and on the beach (generally not bad). There are also alco cocktails in the lobby (gin, vodka, cognac are made). There are coffee machines, the coffee is very tasty. Ice cream on the beach and in the lobby at certain hours. Pizza is also served in the lobby from breakfast to lunch. Bottom line: the food is there, different and delicious. They don't feed lobsters, of course, but the food is excellent for a 3* hotel!
Infrastructure:
An obvious and very sad disadvantage: the pool is only open until 7 pm.
There is no animation in the hotel, but there is a nearby place where you can go.
We bought a tent right at the hotel on the right, the girl's name is Alcasandra. There are a lot of emotions, the price is lower than that of the neighboring tent (and 3 times lower than that of the intourist). By the way, she has Wi-Fi and kindly shared the password with us.
In the hotel itself, Wi-Fi is $ 2 per day for one device. Laundry - $ 1 for 1 item. A paid safe.
The sea is across the street, the beach is pebbly, it's hard to go in, but you get used to it. On the beach there are sun beds, a shower, a bar. There are not many people. If you trace where the local groups swim, you can find a sandy bottom))) there are literally 3 meters of sand and stones around, but swimming in the sand is much more pleasant.
This will not affect the rating of the hotel, but note to tourists:
• drinks are not included in the tour (even if lunch is included), take water or cola, otherwise you will buy at exorbitant prices
• we asked for medical help, we were taken to the clinic (they said that this was the only way, the hotel would not help), and already there it turned out that we had to pay 3,000 rubles for assistance (and we needed a consultation on burnt skin). They returned to the hotel on their own (although they said they would take them). An unpleasant situation.
In general: we had a great rest, the hotel is good for our money and our stars! Be sure to take sunscreen and things with sleeves. Have a good rest!

Nice hotel, rooms with balconies overlooking the sea. Polite Russian-speaking staff. The territory is small, but well maintained, a swimming pool with a slide. Delicious food, fruits, desserts. We just slept here. Going to the "restaurant" of this hotel on the first day was enough for us.
Dirt on the floors , cockroaches , periodic lack of hot water . This is the least that can be described
With small children, don't even bother this hotel. There 's nothing to do here . It takes 2.5 hours to drive from the airport.

My biggest mistake was to buy a tour here. I was deceived and looked at the wrong reviews. There was a neighboring boat floating in, they have the same owner. I haven't had a rest for a long time and I thought it was cheap to have a rest on a burning ticket. We stopped by at night, at one o'clock in the morning, all hungry-we offered soup, which was left over from lunch. The rooms are shabby, the balcony doors are falling off. Everything would be fine, I thought, and I wanted to look for advantages to relax with a child. Sea... The beach is shared with their 5* hotel, but there generally does not smell like a five, as well as a four here. Huge stones in the water, knee-deep, the beach is rocky, there is nothing to do without avkashuz, sand is declared... Of course there is one, but not by the water. We were unlucky and the sea was very dirty, it's not the hotel's fault. The next thing is more interesting, the staff is just terrible. The cleaners left her 50 lira, I don't know if she needed more, they hoped that at least she would wash the floor normally, but no, she just changed the linen, they didn't wash it for 3 days. I'm shocked. They don't speak Russian, they don't speak English either, it's just a nightmare. At the reception-they don't speak languages either, they have one Turk-he works for 2 hotels, and that's what's interesting, both there and there I ran into him. He was freaking out with foam at the mouth and proved that their paid Wi-Fi does not work only for me, and it constantly falls off. I also found information about these conditions in one of the reviews on the Internet. After all, there is nothing to eat in this hotel. Everything is disgusting. There are no snacks during breaks, but tortillas and cookies, it is not clear when. The boiling point was when we came to dinner, there were no seats inside, like last days we took food and went outside, to which the Turks made a scandal and took the plate from the child who was waiting for me, because I went to bring more food and was kicked out with the phrase 'wait there is not our problem'. I don't 'squeeze' but it's too much. I'm sorry, I wonder if this review will even reach someone from higher management - I think it's unlikely, but I really don't recommend coming here. I will start the story by saying that this is our first trip abroad with my husband and our first experience of communicating with tour operators. And it all started with the fact that when choosing a hotel, the search engines let us down. Starting to type "Club Sun Heaven Sea Bird Beach" into Google and Yandex, he stubbornly gives out "Club Sun Heaven Family & Spa". Due to inattention, you can easily miss this moment, which happened to us. (By the way, not only with us. Starting from other tourists, to drivers and transfer guides, no one knows exactly where Sea Bird is or that it even exists). We realized that we had made a mistake a few days after paying for the ticket. (It's good that it's not in place).
The hotel is old, without renovation, with a small area, several bars, a swimming pool and a common area on the beach with the same Family Spa. Plus, you can go to them for evening animation, but it's more interesting for families with children. There's nothing to do there just like that.
The pool area of the hotel is good, there is a small slide, sun beds. There are usually few people there, the water is clean and warm.
It takes 3 minutes to walk to the sea. The beach is also good, many complain about the pebbles, but corals easily solve this problem. The only moment is in the morning (around 10 and later it is impossible to find free sun beds). Beer and cold soft drinks can be enjoyed at the seaside bar. They say there are snacks there, but we have never been to them.
Speaking of the food in the dining room, it's for an amateur. There is a minimum amount of meat there. Even what looks like meat is often not. Fish is the cheapest, sometimes chicken or mutton (alas, with a whiff). Mostly soy sausages. The cheese is not tasty, some salads are normal, but a couple of times I came across sour or puffy. In general, it is not pleasant. What the local chefs always do well is baking. Buns, pies with cheese, baklava. And the fried potatoes were always delicious. From fruits, apples, oranges, watermelons, plums, melons - all this alternates.
The bars have about the same assortment. You can take beer, it's normal. Cocktails are alcoholic, wine is diluted with water more than 50/50.
As for the room and its contents, it is quite sad. There are no blankets, instead of sheets-towels. There are only 2 sockets in the bedroom (despite the fact that there is a refrigerator and a TV) and one in the bathroom. So you'll have to choose what's more important. Our room had a balcony (booked in advance), but the view was just to the courtyard, no sea. You can't see him from the second floor. Cleaning was done every day, but with varying degrees of quality. The sheets and pillowcases are old and stained. Wi-Fi in the hotel is paid. But it catches well. The bathroom is battered, some surfaces are dirty, the smell is unpleasant.
I can't say anything bad about the staff. Ordinary workers doing their job.
In general, the impression of the hotel is not very good - even for your money it is not worth it. It's better to save up literally 20 thousand and you can find something really decent.

A buffet is a big word. There is a very poor choice, there is almost no meat, salads are the same from cucumbers and tomatoes, sometimes it tastes like rotten meat, like salads. Cooking is for an amateur, but there has never been such a tasteless meal in any hotel.
Animation: There is none. I had to go to the next one, but it's more for children. There is nothing to do on the street in the evening, it is empty, the hotel is far from civilization.
Swimming pool:
Small, clean, sun loungers and a bar. The bar has only beer, lemonades, juices for cocktails 50 meters to another bar, there is a little more choice. But it's free. There is a sewer pipe near the pool, it gives off a little bit from there.

Hello! We rested with a girl from August 6 to 11 (did not specify the flight dates), due to flight delays, we arrived at the hotel only at 3 a.m., we were quickly accepted at the reception, issued and given keys. We wanted to use the free Wi-Fi in the lobby, as indicated on the website, but there was no free Wi-Fi there.
We came to the room, we were mistakenly checked into a room with a balcony, thank you for that, otherwise we would just suffocate in a room without a balcony. The room is quite simple, two single beds, a mini fridge with water, a table separating the beds, a surprisingly good TV, a wardrobe and a safe in it (of course, as a paid service). After looking around, we realized that they only wipe the floor in the rooms and nothing else. Dead insects were stamped on the walls, and someone's hair was on the beds. On any surface, be it cabinets, tables, bedside tables, window sills, dust is quite visible. There was also an air conditioner, but for the entire rest time it was scary to turn it on, since I don't think it was cleaned at least once, only on the penultimate day of rest it was turned on to cool the room and together with the cool air received the aroma of waste.
With regard to the shower, since we checked in at 3 a.m., we wanted to take a shower from the road, but even here the hotel was able to "surprise", since there was simply no hot water. We had to wait until the morning, when we contacted the reception, we were told that everything would be fixed, but only from the third time and in very raised tones we were able to give hot water. BUT somehow, several more times the hot water disappeared after 23:00, probably her work shift was over.
With regard to towels, for 6 days of rest we never saw a clean towel, we had to buy our own, and on the 4th day they stopped bringing them to us at all. Also, apparently the staff took offense at us for pointing out the shortcomings of the hotel, so they did not bring us shampoos, shower gels and did not top up the soap.
The food is generally not bad, but in places. Maximum monotony and lack of uniformity, just really, really. Breakfast - boiled eggs and fried eggs / pancakes (alternated), pieces of some baked sausage to scrambled eggs, rice porridge, since rice was simply poured with milk, unsweetened milk balls. There were some jams, jams, honey too, but since only a couple of items were signed. Lunch and dinner changed more often, but also the most banal, rice, French fries, pasta, although rice and fries were quite tasty. The meat dishes were also good, the fish was also delicious, but so bony that the desire to eat it disappeared as much as possible. The salads were all the same as possible for breakfast, lunch and dinner, they consisted of cucumbers, tomatoes, red cabbage, lettuce leaves, all this was both together and combined. There were pickles, cucumbers and cabbage, there are no complaints about the taste. Unfortunately, the quality control of salads was quite sad, since those salads that remained on the distribution and people did not finish them, they were simply shifted the next day and so on until they turned sour (but this was already noticed by hotel visitors).
Desserts also did not shine with variety, only baklava and panna cotta with sponge cake in a bunch of different variations, but, of course, not all in one day. Some were delicious, and some were not.
Drinks - well, there are fewer questions about them. The all-inclusive beer was not bad, but it was poured into small plastic cups, so instead of having a good time, I often had to run to the bar. Cocktails of the 8 indicated were poured with a maximum of 3, since there were no ingredients for the others. The wine was poured from bottles, so it was not diluted. I only took a sip myself a couple of times, since I don't like wine, but the taste is generally OK. Carbonated drinks were very tasty, typical cola, sprite, fanta, so I drank them, probably from a tank, since I had no desire to slurp beer in the heat. There was also a zuka/yuppi vending machine, too, in general, there are no questions about taste. There was a coffee machine, too, there are no questions, drinking water in the refrigerator is freely available, but not in bottles, but in 200 ml cups.
In the dining room itself, all the dishes are dirty through one - plates, forks, mugs. It was necessary to check every time whether they took a dirty one or not.
The staff were pleasant enough, there was no negativity.
The pool is small with one slide, but in general, it will do.
There were three bars - a lobby bar, a pool bar and a beach bar. The beach bar was never reached, as it was open from 11 to 17, and at that time it was impossible to be on the beach. Periodically, soda machines worked unstable, then the carbonation of water would fall off, so sprite and cola had to be drunk non-carbonated, then there was no water supply at all, so they poured from bottles.
The beach itself is a bit dirty, the sand is mixed with pebbles. The entrance to the sea in the rarest places with sand, in other cases stones, and it is extremely painful to step on them, I even injured my heel on the first day. It's better to buy aquashouses if you don't want thrills. The sea was warm all the time, it was a pleasure to be in it, but it was very dirty, both because of the sand and because of the tourists.
From 8 to 9 p.m., they give out free ice cream, delicious.
There is no entertainment, only if you go to a nearby hotel of the same brand, there is animation for adults at 22:00, but somehow I did not want to go there as a guest.
It was possible to buy at the reception of our hotel a bracelet from a neighboring hotel for 10 euros per day per person, at first we thought to try to buy it, but our hands did not reach out. The bracelet allowed you to stay on the territory of this hotel and use all services except for relaxing in the rooms.
As for the design of the hotel, I liked it, there was something atmospheric about it.
To summarize all of the above - unfortunately, I cannot advise people on this holiday hotel, especially at this price you can definitely find the best option, but I wish the hotel itself to correct all its shortcomings, since it has the potential to become a real 3-star hotel.

Now it's called Sun Heaven Sea Bird. All buses are brought and dropped off at the Sun Heaven five (maybe because the Sun & Fan operator is trying to abandon bus guides). After that, scandals constantly occur, agents showed people exactly Sun Heaven in the photo/video, and this turned out to be neither, to put it mildly.
The hotel was built in the early 90s, the walls are being tinted, the ceiling is also, and the plumbing is all rusty, the lamps are already rusty. The first shock is the complete absence of sockets in the room (in all rooms), a refrigerator is stuck in the only one. On the second day of the showdown, they brought a tee to plug the phone charging into the opposite end of the room. Everyone goes begging for at least a tee.
Phones in rooms that do not have wires and for which there are no sockets are also very funny. I suspect that without this prop 4 * was not given.
On the way to my room, a cigarette butt was waiting for me on the stairs, after 11 nights the same cigarette butt accompanied me.
In general, cleanliness is a complete disaster there. The linen has not been changed once in 12 days.
3 jars of 200ml water were placed in the refrigerator. Dirty towels were folded and put back. The garbage was partially removed from the trash cans. Don't leave them any money, at least for 3 euros they didn't even change the sweaty linen on the same bed during the first week! In general, it is clear why cockroaches are running around the hotel.
Be careful, the hotel has no territory! At all. Generally. On the left it rests against a fence, on the right there is a one and a half meter wide path between the hotel and the fence. That's all. The microbe pool is located behind the hotel, the size is about 4x6m. It's OK with the kids, but you can't swim no matter how.
As a result of the lack of territory, all animation takes place through the alley in the parent five. Only you can only watch there. Sitting watching a show and drinking a beer is for the residents of the five, and you just watch and envy. Well, or to carry beer from Cea Bird in disposable cups of 200ml.) The funniest thing is when during the animation at 22.50 a third of the hall jumps up and runs away. I think the artists are in shock. They do not understand that these unfortunate people run to their hotel before 23 to have time to order a drink, this is really a crowd demolishing everything on its way to the coveted bar in a nearby hotel)).

You will have to fight for seats, plates, etc., there is not enough of everything.
The staff is all in the woods, some for firewood, there are no uniforms, there are no uniform rules and style of work. Today they pour it for you at a restaurant for dinner, tomorrow they don't pour it, and run to the lobby bar that's on the street. Today you can have two glasses in your hand, tomorrow you can't. In general, confusion and vacillation.
The beach is not bad, five-hour, and you can use everything there and eat their pizzas, nuggets, flatbreads, etc.) One thing is sad that the hotels are Russian and around 7 a.m., when the parents drag the children for breakfast until the villains have devoured everything, the parent runs with towels to the beach to mark their shizlong, which they may come or maybe They won't come. As a result, everything is marked, no one is there and there is nowhere to lie down.
In general, if this is the cheapest hotel on the first line in your search, then you can take a chance. But above the first price in the search, I would not recommend buying such a viper.

It was in early September 2022. Great hotel. The only disadvantage (for me) is that the hotel is located very close to the road and there is no sound insulation.
