Very tasty, always fresh pies, pastries, samsa. I never pass by. I took Easter cakes and ordered them in advance, because there was a lot of demand. I was satisfied. I'll be happy to take it this year too. I recommend. And thanks to the staff for the pleasant service.
I write after some time. I got the impression that one of the pastry chefs had changed. On different days, the same pastries have different tastes and quality. I'm talking about pies. Apple pie was almost eaten with fingers once, another time it was flat and dry. Cottage cheese pie is the same. One time it's tall, with enough candied fruits, the other time it's a little candied and not so airy. There have never been such blunders before. This is the only bakery on Volgogradskaya Street, and I would like to continue buying delicious food, rather than dry, yeast-scented pastries.

It's a simple building on the outside, but what a magical pastry inside! We were visiting Minsk. And it's great that this bakery was close to our place of residence. While we were choosing, we saw a large stream of locals rushing to work, but running here to buy pastries on the way. Thank you for the quality and kindness! We sincerely recommend it!

I was walking along Volgogradskaya Street and the name Butter attracted attention .I forbid myself flour and sweets all the time: the sugar is too high , the years are already long . BUT I think you can relax before the New Year .I advise everyone: very tasty natural pastries , with good quality , butter-based products.The girls are great.They keep the brand with dignity. How delicious the buns and cakes were when the bakery first opened. Tubes with protein cream straight from childhood.
But, unfortunately, like many others, all the good things ended quickly. The filling has disappeared from the buns. Even my 5-year-old daughter, who adored bagels with fillings, said not to buy any more, there is no filling 🤷🏻♀️
And cream rolls and croissants with condensed milk turned into loaves with a drop of filling.
It is not clear whether the pastry chef has changed, or what, but explain to the person what puff pastry is and what it should be.
I think if the situation does not change, then this bakery will not live long, but it's a pity. Very sorry. It was very tasty…
