Disappointed in the staff! I bought a trickle pump, I didn't need it, and three days later I decided to hand it over. I called the store: they said to bring it with a check and everything will be returned. I was driving from the end of the city, in the heat, wasting time and money.Upon arrival, the return of the goods was refused. The receptionist insisted that there was no call and, upon presenting proof of the call, insisted on my alleged lies. After they found out that the loader who did not have permission for such actions was responsible, there was no apology. It sucks!
