Everything is very bad. Avoid this company. I had to send a package to St. Petersburg. I came to the opening on Monday morning and asked when the package would arrive. We were hopeful that he would arrive by Friday. I needed it to get to the weekend. Otherwise, there was no point in sending at all. They gave guarantees that it would come, although there was not a word about it in the receipt. The tracking site had delivery UNTIL Friday. I paid 85 rubles for a parcel weighing 3,300!!!. Tracked the movement. The route was Orsha- Minsk- Orsha-Moscow. In short, in 3 days the parcel traveled 1000 km and was not a meter closer to the addressee. It is 700 km from Orsha to St. Petersburg, and the same 700 km from Moscow to St. Petersburg. On Friday, I was in St. Petersburg at a distribution warehouse and THAT's IT. They have no one to work for. The package was not delivered. Calls to the hotline do not give anything. They say that they have a norm of 8 days. Why is there no warning about this? I went and wrote a complaint. I read the previous ones. Every second complaint is about a violation of deadlines. So what? They don't give a damn about it. I will receive an unsubscribe. My advice is to use a different email address. Don't mess with Seta.
