And on December 24, when you call yourself to get some information, and you find out that someone contacted you on December 23 and postponed delivery to 24, but no one is going to deliver it to you on December 24. And now, maybe you'll get it 27! But it's possible, and no one cares.

Since January 13, the parcel has been in Minsk (urgent cargo, because it was already delayed due to the New Year). On the 14th, I started calling and offering options for receiving the cargo as soon as possible, including pickup from where SDEK will tell. But you can't pick it up from the sorting center yourself, and there's only one answer to everything: "Wait, they'll contact you!"
No ONE called within 3 business days. When I dial it myself, there are only promises that someone will contact me and silence again.
The service is disgusting, the parcel is in Minsk for a week, but no one is even looking for it, they do not accept help in terms of pickup, it feels like everyone comes to work to sit out working hours, because NOTHING changes after a day and a week.
Of course, this is an extreme case of cooperation with such a Transport company, if of course you can call it a transport company. The service is at zero.
At the sorting center, they also go one after another and create a kind of work.

It turned out that they did not have the parcel, but it was located on Kiselyov. It was no longer possible to go to Kiselyov that day, and due to the situation, I now live 20 km from Minsk, I work remotely, I try to visit the city no more than once a week - all plans were violated. As a result, they did not apologize, they said "It's not our problem, it's not us SMS helmet, it's automatic," but promised to figure it out and call. I did not wait for the call, I called the help line for 2 days myself, they fed me breakfast, in the end I still had to go to Kiselyov.
This is not the first time I have used their services, but apparently in the future I will contact other companies. Energy, for example, is much cheaper and there have never been any problems with them.
