My experience with SDEC has been exceptionally positive up to this point. A huge spider in the corner under the ceiling is fine, but the manager refused to accept the parcel without a bubble wrap, which is not in the item (!), so you have to go for it yourself (!) to a hardware store on the other side of the city (!!!). As a result, the package was packed securely, but so original that the dimensions and bulk weight increased the cost more than twice. Employees in the process of work consider it completely normal to exchange words like "shit" with a client. There are no forces left to make a row after an hour-long search for the pupyrka on the other side of the city, so I will silently put two stars - for the reliable packaging (which I brought them myself, and then we'll see how it gets there) and for the fact that after such a quest they accepted the parcel at all. You can't do without a scandal. What can be sent to points in other cities, nothing is allowed here. They will search all the pockets, underwear-socks. Suddenly you send money in a box. It's crazy. It is impossible to transfer online, They begin to tell that the grandmothers complain that the money is missing from the parcels. Medicines in their original packaging only with a receipt. Although they were sent 2-3 years ago without any problems. Absolutely boorish attitude towards senders.
