A terrible pick-up point with boorish service. Where, in addition to unpleasant and tactless communication with customers, they try to make money by shoving additional "paid bags". Moreover, the day before, I sent a parcel with the same contents, but from another point and there were no questions about the packaging, the goods are not fragile. And then the employee decided to stuff 300₽ worth of bags when they didn't ask at all. There was nothing but indignation and displeasure at the request to make an application. The work of the staff leaves much to be desired, and even better, a complete change of personnel. As a result, the parcel was sent to Donskoy St., where the staff worked very pleasantly, politely and quickly. But it's not the first time people have been fooled like this with a bunch of packaging on Karbyshev. It is easier to visit another point and send the parcel in a good mood without hassle.

Very nice and friendly girls, they explained everything clearly on the shelves. I sent a fragile cargo, it was packed well, the cargo arrived in one piece. Thank you very much for the work 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼
