In fact, there are two employees, but one works with the client, the second is busy somewhere in the warehouse, when the two of them are at the reception, everything is okay, but if one- get ready to wait. There is trouble with parking during this period (February 2024), because of repairs or for another reason, a barrier was put up, which creates inconvenience.
Отличная компания!!! Я очень довольна! Посылка пришла на Сморговский тракт. Позвонила в СДЭК, чтобы перенаправили на др. пункт выдачи (ул, Казинца 121). Все сделали оперативно!!! Благодарю🍀

Должны забрать груз , выбрал промежуток ( в тех временных промежутках какие указаны у них )

Телефоны курьеры не поднимают , не перезванивают что опаздывают

Хорошие сотрудники, обслуживание быстрое. Ну и в целом по самому сдэку - очень быстро доставляют, никогда ещё ничего не приходило повреждённым. Все отлично!
Филиалы бывают разные, а так как мы знаем что это франшизы разных предпринимателей то этот филиал хочу отметить профессионализмом и подходом! Оценка очень хорошо)!

на сегодня уже 15.04.2021, никто груз так и не доставил, с получателем никто не связался.
Единственный кто звонит, это Я - каждый день звоню в СДЭК и так и не получаю внятного ответа о происходящем, говорят лишь Ждать и надеяться.
