An order has been sent from Russia to Minsk. The customer is the sender of the message in Tula. My mother came to receive (because I had to leave urgently for Moscow) handmade sweets in the order and, unfortunately, they have the properties to melt. The order was not given. Attention! My mother and I share the same last name, and my mother has a photo of my passport with her. THE SERVICE IS NOT CUSTOMER-ORIENTED. Daria's cameraman had no desire to help in any way. Personally, as a customer, I called and confirmed that my mother would pick up the parcel. The operator Daria refused to introduce herself and give her last name on the phone. They were able to help me at the nearest SDEK branch in Moscow! and they were shocked by the behavior of their colleagues. I do not recommend this issue point.

One star just for the company. And I'm ready to take it off for the service. Twice I had a bitter experience of wasted time. Then I went to another office and everything went as it should.
cons: vague rules for accepting parcels, there are no clear indications that it is impossible. the parcel that was accepted from me at another sdek was not accepted at this point.
pluses: the employee tried to politely explain why she could not accept the message, connected her management by phone.
