I came to send a small paper postcard to Russia. And it seems that the people who are sitting at this point, namely one woman (I won't say her name), want to charge people as much money as possible for connecting some unknown tariffs!
My parcel was packed in an airtight mail bag - but in the end, the girl opened the package, examined the paper envelope and packed the envelope in an absolutely identical new package, only with the inscription "sdek".
I also knew that the delivery would cost 16.6 rubles (packaging is included in the price) - but in the end I paid 28 rubles. And further to my question: "why is the price so high?" - The girl DID NOT SAY a WORD about the fact that she connected tariffs unknown to me, for which she divorced me for 12 RUBLES!
Namely, she connected the EXPRESS SERVICE without my knowledge, about which she did not say a word to me, but wrote off such a large cost for the fact that, allegedly, their prices rose in February.
Disgusting attitude towards customers!
