Polite staff, they work fast, everything is fine! There is a parking issue. You need to go to them from the courtyard, before reaching the Raketa cinema, there is no parking on the side of the road from the entrance. And this should be taken into account when visiting this SDEC point.

A great place to send parcels to Russia. The staff is businesslike and prompt, issues are resolved quickly. There aren't many queues, although you need to look at the time. The point is located next to a public transport stop, which is very convenient.

Until today, I sent parcels through a young guy, there have never been any problems... today there was a girl whose arrogance just scales. Not only did she scold like a small child, she needed to know everything where it was, but she also attached a bunch of functions to the package that no one asked for and they were made (for example, the inner crate. THERE was NO inner crate inside the box, just a small piece of bubble wrap and a couple of squares, but, sorry, it's not a crate). My deepest request to the management is to teach their employees to behave NORMALLY... and to speak in a normal tone.
