Moreover, after an hour, he refused to change the conditions because of "sending a parcel from the pick-up point" (although they usually lie there for almost a day). Relying on the Belarusian employees, I turned as a recipient to the pick-up point in order to reduce the cost. Many thanks to the employee of the girl (I didn't remember the name, with light brown hair) for helping to reduce the cost by 25%. That's the only reason I put 3 stars, the person clearly explained everything and tried to fix the situation by any possible means. However, the next day, when a decision was made on my appeal (of course, no one notified me, although yes-initially the sender did not correctly indicate the number, we also spent time and wrote a statement to clarify it), I came to the pick-up point (another girl worked), trying to explain the situation... the employee just she decided not to listen to me and express her point of view, urging me on (justifying that she has a lot of clients). Pointing out that we are to blame ourselves - the sender signed the invoice (I agree, but people work everywhere and turning to the delivery service you do not expect that you will be "heated", and why specify the amount in the currency of another country?), I also listened to the fact that my number is not specified to notify me. Although on the day of this, an application was written to correct the number. Also, as I have already said, their "trunk" tariff (which, as it turned out, costs 2.5 times more expensive than usual) is the same in speed as the express. (The conclusions are based on the fact that at the same time I received 2 parcels sent on the same day from cities at approximately the same distance and arrived at the pick-up point on the same day) In general, I want to say that when contacting the company "SDEK", think 10 times and check everything at once, otherwise 2 out of 3 unscrupulous employees of this company will try to deceive you and at the same time be rude to you for your money. In general, I advise you to bypass and contact another service. I express my gratitude to the conscientious employees!
27.10.23 in the evening, I made out the delivery of the parcel. I had to do the packaging and measurement of the parcel. Even during the processing of my order, she defiantly continued to accept orders from other customers. My comments that I was next in line were ignored. Thus, the manager provoked a conflict with me and other clients of this pick-up point.
Please draw the management's attention to this incident. To re-train the employee with explanations of the rules for placing an order and communicating with the customer.
The reputation of the company is very difficult to maintain and the employee must be aware of this.

The fourth day I tried to get an adequate answer about my cargo, which was supposed to arrive on Tuesday 12.09.. in the morning, "Specialist" Olga at Sukharevskaya 70, Minsk cannot answer - promises that Daria will call back - neither Olga nor Daria call back. In the afternoon, I call the hotline, Alina raises it, promises to resolve the issue and call back = does not call. By the end of the working day, I receive a call from Sukharevskaya with a message that they have the cargo and immediately put down the phone. I'm calling back to find out what time I can pick up = no one picks up the phone and does not call back. In this company, the managers did not organize a normal attitude towards customers. That's the minimum.
The guys are working super hard here. They will always explain and tell you. In several slacks, I receive parcels here I like the most (the reason is the staff are well done)
