Friendly and helpful staff (speak both English/Russian), delivery placement went very fast (small package with couple of documents), the delivery itself from Tbilisi to Russia took 13 days with possibility to track delivery status on the website

It's a pity to put even one star for such a job!!! THEY WORK DISGUSTINGLY for HORSE money. Deadlines are not met, information about the movement is not updated, calls are not answered. Yesterday the parcel was supposed to be delivered, and today the deadline is being extended again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!!
