Friendly and helpful staff (speak both English/Russian), delivery placement went very fast (small package with couple of documents), the delivery itself from Tbilisi to Russia took 13 days with possibility to track delivery status on the website

Nothing complicated, a set of documents, but today is 10/20/2023 and the delivery time ... it is postponed for another half of the term, i.e. the delay in terms is already 150%. Moreover, the parcel got stuck in Moscow. To transfer a package of documents on the Moscow - St. Petersburg section, you need ... 1 week! Order 1473822752. Urgency is not about sdek. Gouging at the level of the Russian post since 2010. The secret of correspondence is not about them. Each document will be read as if it is their business what is contained in the document. They do not accept a military ticket for sending. I do not recommend it if you need to send something important in a reasonable time.
