I liked the approach at the reception in the service. They provided information on replacing the fluid in the automatic transmission, including Manol brand fluid, with tolerances for my car (it's great that there is a tolerance for the make and model), cost calculations were reported, and they explained in detail how long it would take and gave recommendations.
I arrived on the appointed day and had a replacement.
They opened a service book, made notes, and provided documents (for expenses). Additionally, they gave recommendations on the chassis and power steering (I would like to thank the guys separately for this).
The cost of materials and work is affordable. But the main thing is customer orientation and a guarantee for both Manol materials (purchase, as I understand it, directly from Germany) and for work.
It remains to travel and observe how the automatic transmission switching has changed in driving. I'll unsubscribe if I don't forget))
