She worked as a teacher at the school for several months, and warned me a month before that she had to leave Georgia. As a result, I had to leave two weeks earlier than planned, the circumstances did not depend on me. The management decided that this was an excuse not to pay for the hours worked for 2 weeks at all. Messages in the personal account are ignored.
The school is new and there were sometimes problems with the organization of the process. I was upset that there is no free lunch for teachers, although it was initially stated that they were already offered for payment in the process. At the same time, the teacher is not paid for lunch for children (40 minutes). I didn't see my copy of the contract either. In general, colleagues and parents, be careful.

The poor attitude of management towards employees, a weak organization.
They recruit people without education to work with children, teachers do not have medical certificates (form 100). Classes are packed as you like, there can be 5 and 7 year olds in the same class, and at this age it's a huge difference. In general, I do not recommend it
