I recently stayed at a hotel that left me with a negative impression. First of all, the service was just terrible. There were always not enough waiters, and you had to wait a long time to place an order or get a drink. The concierge was also absent most of the time, so if there were questions or problems, there was no one to contact.
Breakfast was a disaster. There was only one waiter in the huge dining room, who clearly could not cope with the flow of guests. People were queuing to get food, and this created additional fuss and stress.
The rooms also left much to be desired. The cleaning was done superficially, and I often found dust and dirt in the corners. The bed linen was old and worn, and the towels were stiff and unpleasant to the touch.
In general, my stay at this hotel left me feeling disappointed and dissatisfied. I would not recommend this hotel to any of my acquaintances and friends.
It's a shame! There are some photos, but the realities are completely different. The rooms are shabby. When I asked why, they started telling me about the history of the hotel. What does the story and the broken cabinet doors have to do with it, I still didn't understand. I don't know where the sockets are. You will see everything in the photo. The hall is beautiful and has a good view of the garden. But in general, the service is ZERO. There is one person at the reception who does not have time to answer calls, let alone talk to customers. And this hotel is positioned as a 5-star hotel. And the mini bar is just a nightmare, see the photo.
And breakfast is 45 euros per person. The food is like in the dining room - there is no choice. The person who makes the omelet should be looked for. A seven-minute walk from the hotel for 24 euros, we were fed both tasty and a lot.
The conclusion is to stay away from this place.
