I flew on December 29, Almaty- Shymkent- Moscow. One minus, but not critically, the flight was delayed, as a result, we arrived in Vnukovo 1 hour later. The crew takes off and landings gently, competently. The crew of flight attendants treated all passengers very politely and carefully. And plus the price! It is 3 times cheaper than Aeroflot and Air Astana.
we flew in July 2019, Petropavlovsk - Almaty, everything was great! Thanks! The avro ergi plane of the Traffic airline flew back from Bishkek to Yekaterinburg, that's where it's creepy!!!

We bought tickets on the Scat website. On 07/04/2019 0.20 Vnukovo-Aktau. Two tickets at once. The passport number was entered incorrectly in the father's ticket when buying. My father left earlier and handed over his ticket to Aktau. I didn't hand in my ticket. 03.07.2019 upon arrival at Vnukovo airport. I tried to get a ticket, they told me that my ticket was deposited in Aktau. Just how it was handed in when I didn't hand it in. Now I had to buy another ticket to Aktau from Vnukovo. It turned out that the staff of the Scat handed over my ticket and not my father. My father's ticket has not been handed over. They messed up and refuse to refund the money for the ticket. I called and wrote to Shymkent to the Scat office, they don't want to react there. They just squeezed out the money for the ticket and everything seemed to be in order. I will file a lawsuit against the Ramp, all the documents are there. I strongly do not recommend this airline.
Who is responsible for rescheduling flights at Scat Airlines?
