Ie, I was not worried that they might delay for a long time :) The ticket came out about 10 t.p. cheaper than Aeroflot. I was pleasantly surprised that in the end the flight was not delayed in Almaty. The flight itself was displayed on the airport scoreboard and was on the online scoreboard. Everything went according to schedule. The landing took place without any incidents. There was enough space on the plane, the seat was with USB charging. And the plane itself was quite fresh. Drinks (water or cola) were also given during the flight. There was a good lunch (which is unusual for a low-cost airline). Tea or coffee was offered after lunch. The Stewarts were also friendly enough. I received my luggage in Vnukovo without problems and without damage. In general, I was satisfied with the airline. If I had known about this, I probably would not have taken a ticket in Zhukovsky when I flew to Almaty with another airline.

A unique aviation company, I thought there was no such thing in aviation. Flight DV824 Batumi-Astana. Departure from Batumi is scheduled at 12:00 and arrival in Astana at 16:40. And now we're counting. The time difference is +2 hours, the flight time is about 3:30. Math: 12:00 + 2 hours time difference + 3:30 flight - ..... 17:30 (!). That is, initially, the airline's schedule includes a delay of almost an hour. Plus the taxiing time at the airport of departure and arrival, and as a result, the delay in the schedule (!) has been about 1 hour and 20 minutes. And now what about those who combined this flight with another or with a train based on the schedule?! SCAT, what are you doing?! I thought this didn't happen :-(

The worst airline: flight 12/16/2022 Moscow (Sheremetyevo)-Almaty was unreasonably delayed first for 3 hours, then for another 2. I do not know how it went on and whether it took place at all, but there was no more time to wait, I had to buy new tickets and fly another flight to Astana in order to get another flight on time from there to Almaty and catch another flight. There is no mechanism for operational ticket exchange (the option of exchanging Almaty for Astana at the right time was not offered in the personal account, although such a flight was by the same airline!). They could not help at the check-in desks, referring to the need for all manipulations only in the personal account. Okay, we go to the LC and apply for a refund of tickets and find that it is no longer possible to return the ticket for one section (Moscow-Almaty), if we want to return, then only the entire ticket, that is, together with the return ticket (Almaty-Moscow), the flight on which is already in a month. Okay, we agreed. And then a message comes that the airline does not refund any fees for this refusal, includes a fine, etc. As a result, of the paid tickets in the amount of 24 thousand rubles, only 13 thousand agreed to return. 11 thousand were withheld for their flight delay. Class, everyone should work like this!

I took the Novosibirsk Almaty round trip tickets. Direct flight, which is very convenient. I liked everything:service, friendly staff.
The most unreliable, not punctual airline.There is no comfort.You can not take connecting flights with other airlines, there has never been a flight at the specified time, a refund is not possible if you did not make the connecting flight due to their fault.
The last 2 times I purchased tickets through the Caspian Sea, I found out at registration that there were no tickets either for me or for the children. They are responding to a program failure.
I flew from Almaty to Ust-Kamennogorsk by plane of the airline Skat. I was unpleasantly surprised that the plane of the last century, apparently, was old, creaky, with yellowed ceiling lights from time, worn seat upholstery. It was scary....
