It says 3* here, but it's all 4*. We were on a sightseeing tour of Finland, and our whole group (about 20 people) stayed here. The food is good, some staff are not very helpful. Excellent view from the window of the interior of the hotel. The whole group was pretty. Good location.
This hotel does not meet the stated 4 stars. The cleaning is terrible, the floor has not been swept or wiped in 5 days even once, the towels smell bad, some kind of chemistry, it was unpleasant to wipe the child with them. The lid of the kettle was broken, they asked to replace it many times, - they did not do it, tea bags, sugar was not added after cleaning, the battery in the room did not warm, there was nowhere to dry gloves, scarves, only on the third day of reminders and already swearing, I corrected something there, and the batteries became slightly lukewarm. It was cool in the room, but the air was heavy, stale, and the windows could not be opened to check, oxygen was started (there were no handles, the windows were bricked up, in principle they did not open).
There is no towel rail in the bathroom. And the constant dirt, small stones under our feet, which we ourselves brought with shoes in five days. Probably, it was necessary to take the vennik with you and the batteries.
This hotel can last up to 3 stars with a location, a normal breakfast, but no more. The money spent is not worth it at all.
Overall, the hotel is good. We took the cheapest room. It is cozy, but very small. If this is an important factor, then consider it.(especially the shower room) was not at breakfast. I couldn't hear the neighbors, but maybe they just weren't there.
The location of the hotel is very good. Also, the reception always helped with travel and sightseeing issues.
