A wonderful, fairly large hotel, comfortable, cozy, with good service, comfortable room and delicious cuisine. It is located in a calm and quiet place.
The location is yes, convenient, walking distance to the train stations, the center. The breakfast is excellent.Room with bathroom (not in all rooms). The pool is small, I swam in the morning early or after a break in the afternoon, The rest of the time there are a lot of visitors. The sauna has a beautiful view. There are no bathrobes, kettles, tea and coffee, although it is stated in the description. There is a coffee machine for 2.4 euros in the lobby. The terrace is locked, there is no way to get in.Renovation on Mannerheim Street-in front of the main entrance-noisy and dusty.
Good location in a quiet area near a lake and a park. Despite the high occupancy of the hotel, the room was very quiet. Excellent breakfast. We plan to return here on our next visit to Helsinki.
Convenient location, 15 minutes to the train station on your own, especially if you walk along the lake. It is a pity that there is no kettle in the standard room. The breakfasts are very good. Unfortunately, the sauna was cold. Generally
We were satisfied.
A good location for those who came to the amusement park with children - in the middle between the train station and, in fact, the park. There are weekend promotions in spring - 50% off, very nice.
Of the cons: high-quality cleaning and an unplugged air conditioner are not always available.
Quite a 4* hotel. The pool with water is 20 degrees. Couldn't swim. Breakfasts are also quite good. It's not very clean. The room was cozy with a view of the park, I do not remember the class of the room. From the railway station 10 minutes on foot. The price tag for BVL accommodation in January is the most humane. We were from January 3rd to 5th.
A big hotel. It is located 2 tram stops from the center. About 20 minutes on foot. There is a swimming pool and a sauna. But there are no bathrobes in the room. Breakfast, as in all scandics, is good.
The interior is very amateur. In the Scandinavian style. Breakfast is not very good, everything seems to be normal, but somehow it is not very tasty. There are no slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste in the room. There is a sauna, the view from the sauna pleased me)))) But still 3 stars, although the hotel does not cause outright negativity.
Everything is fine, but it's too expensive! Excellent breakfast, there is a swimming pool, a gym.
But, the room that my loved ones gave me is worth it (for ONE night!!!) My monthly salary!
But, the hotel is well filled!))
We have been guests of this hotel for many years. But over the years, the service has deteriorated. There are no kettles in many rooms, dust, and cooking has become worse in the hotel restaurant. This time I had to pay 15 euros extra for early check-in - this has never happened! They argued that we had booked through booking.com - but it was like that before, and they didn't demand money. They also did not add points to the Scandic friends card, they did not give discount coupons to the restaurant - again, based on the new rules
A good hotel. The breakfasts are excellent, there is a sauna on the ninth floor.
The only suggestion is that boiling water in the room for tea can be dialed not on the ground floor, but on the one where you live.
Everything was great! Clean, the breakfasts are hearty and delicious. The location is great! It's just a pity that they didn't let us into the room earlier.
The service needs to be improved! At a minimum, it is necessary to clean up things left on window sills in the bathroom by previous guests... and basic disposable slippers wouldn't hurt either.
