On the third day, the pool and sauna were closed, I wrote a complaint, they replied that it was very cold outside and it was expensive for them to keep the pool warm. It was warmer outside in Kirkenes at that time than in St. Petersburg. In short, the service is 0. In addition, 3 buses of guests from China were accommodated, who came to breakfast in down jackets below the knee, with a backpack on their backs and a shaggy hat on their heads. They gathered food in this form and ate themselves, placing empty glasses all over the hotel... There is nothing to eat in the restaurant... The hotel does not pull more than 2 stars
