We visited this hotel in 2016. A good three, even a four. The furniture is new, the service is good, the breakfasts are excellent, hearty and varied (the pastries are just yummy, I've never tasted tastier than croissants), the location is great - it seems to be in the center, but it doesn't seem to be noisy remotely. There were no Russian-speaking staff at the time of our visit. Alepa supermarket chain is within walking distance. When visiting Helsinki, I would probably return to this hotel again.
There is no refrigerator, there are clouds of dust on the floor under the table, dust on the ceiling lights. The breakfast is good. The staff is friendly
