We were in Uralsk for the first time and stayed in this hotel. The experience is wonderful, the room is small but cozy. The staff is friendly. The restaurant cooks very well, the dishes are huge. There would be no disadvantages at all, but since the hotel was apparently new, there was also a smell of linoleum, for this there was a diffuser with a pleasant aroma in the room, it was ventilated and it was normal. We recommend the hotel
Great new hotel. Fresh, modern. The staff is very friendly and courteous, they will always help and orient you (very useful for the guests of Uralsk). Delicious and hearty breakfasts.
The only drawback is in the hotel restaurant: it takes an extremely long time to carry food, bills, and so on.
The room is cozy, designed in cool mint tones. TV, air conditioning, lighting - everything is working. Two closets - for outerwear and with shelves, spacious. The staff is polite and helpful. The kitchen is great. We checked in late at night, we didn't have time to exchange the currency. Payment in rubles was accepted. Thanks to all the hotel staff!
I think this is the best price/quality ratio in Uralsk. In the morning, it's not a bad breakfast (not a buffet, but it's quite enough for an ordinary ordinary man
