The hotel left only positive impressions! The location is great, the rooms are clean and cozy, with a modern interior. The staff is very polite and always ready to help. The breakfast is varied and delicious, there are many options to choose from. I definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay!

A brand new hotel, well equipped. Polite helpful staff. Breakfast is brought to the room. In fact, there is no territory of its own, it is surrounded by expensive private houses.

a new small hotel with excellent staff and a good restaurant (perhaps the best "Caesar" that I tried in Kazakhstan). there are also disadvantages - weak Internet (from Tele2) and fashionable, but not very successful design of bathrooms (in the standard). probably, I could have put 4, but the attitude of the hotel staff to customers was pulled by 5/5

On the plus side: the rooms are very nice and always cleaned, and the restaurant on the 0 floor has incredibly delicious food and reasonable prices.

The rooms smell of sewage for a known reason. The breakfasts are the same every day - the porridge is not tasty, perhaps from rancid cereals or incomprehensible milk, an old yellow lettuce leaf under scrambled eggs, it's time to throw away such a leaf a long time ago, but here they feed.

Хороший новый отель, отзывчивый персонал, находится не в городе, но до города ехать минут 10. Завтраки включены, номера и постельное белье чистое. Из небольших минусов- тонкие стены, нет фена, неудобная душевая кабина, вода вытекает на плитку

A great new stylish hotel in a quiet private sector. Good for travelers by car, its own Parking. The restaurant is very tasty, but expensive. From the shower, yes, water is poured on the floor, something needs to be done
