The disadvantages are few windows for maintenance and frequent queues.
The attitude towards the client is disgusting, the service is incredibly slow, pre-registration for a specific time is nothing more than fraud, and what is most annoying is that the bank itself does not understand this!!!
I sat in line for an hour to restore access to Internet banking, because the girl employee at the entrance could not figure out the program. Of the 6 possible operators, only 2.5 worked. The bank is just terrible.
