I am the owner of a Belarusbank card, I withdrew cash in the amount of 5p, I was warned that a commission would be charged, but it was not said about its amount or about a percentage of the amount being withdrawn. As a result, I check my personal account and withdrew 3 rubles - this is 60% of the withdrawn amount, what a mess. I'm a student, the scholarships are small, it's 4 trips by public transport!!! It's just money wasted, I feel robbed, I'll have to starve, they took the last money.
