Well, there are few employees in the department, you will wait in line for 30-40 minutes ;) The service is disgusting, the attitude towards customers is mediocre, the staff sometimes does not know what to do in certain situations. Waiting time and efficiency — it simply does not exist)))

The most terrible bank that can be. To close an account, you need to contact the bank itself and not at any, but at specific addresses. When I called the bank and clarified this issue, they did not dare to tell me this, I found out only when contacting a branch where they cannot close accounts. And in addition to this, if you block the card, but do not close the account, then the commission is charged anyway. I hope to find time again as soon as possible to come and close this "wonderful" account in such a "wonderful" bank. p.s. at least this time to get into the "right" department.
