On the 19th, the sister wanted to withdraw money from the ATM. After inserting the card into the ATM, an inscription appeared stating that the ATM was not working. She went to another ATM, but it turned out that the ATM that was "not working" had written off funds in the amount of 500 rubles!!!! A corresponding appeal was made to the bank, they confirmed that, they say, there was a write-off of funds, but the money itself was NOT issued! They said that such a "problem" of this ATM often happens, but the bank does not take any troubleshooting measures! Moreover, on the same day, another woman came to my sister with exactly the same problem! The bank refused to give a certificate (written confirmation) that the ATM did not issue money. My mother's pension was on the card + the money that I transferred. They said the money will be returned within 15 - 30 days!!!!! That is, to write it off - so it's instant, and to return it - "wait". Mom has been without money for a month. Naturally, I helped her with the money, because she doesn't even have money for groceries. We will contact the prosecutor's office!
