The ATM did not issue 450 rubles, but debited it from the card balance, recommended contacting the nearest branch and went into error. I am shocked by this service. And access to an ATM through a turnstile using a token. I had to go to the nearest department to sort it out. It was fixed in a little over two hours. They apologized. But I lost time.
