According to the concluded real estate loan agreement, I had the right to ask for a line for the next payment for one (!!!) month. No more than 3 times in 20 years of the credit line. I didn't think this moment would catch up with me, but it has come. I got a job at another job, but the period without it hit the family budget hard. As a result, I was refused all requests. Even just reschedule the payment date from the 20th to the 28th. The day of my advance payment at my new job. Even 8 days (!!!) the bank couldn't give it to me. The head of the lending department suggested that I "borrow money from family or friends." I have a perfect credit history. For all the time, there was not a single late payment on any loan, and there were quite a few of them. They just spat in my face. According to some internal rules, as they explained to me, they now refuse everyone. Although I did not enter into any additional agreement with the bank and my right to delay is spelled out in the contract that banks so like to boast about. Remember, friends, this bank does not care about you and your difficulties.
The consultant did not call back on the promised day or even a week. They do not solve the issues and cannot give advice. If you come to the bank, it is not a fact that they will give you all the necessary information - they may say that the specialist is on vacation on this issue, come in a week and a half

Therefore, we have to wait a long time. Why not put two or more employees to work.
A terrible bank! Today I was withdrawing my salary from an ATM, it appeared "Money has not been issued, contact the bank" after checking, the money was debited from the account, but not issued! After contacting the bank, they said that there was a malfunction in the ATM. They said that you need to wait 15 days for a refund (15 days Carl). Since I was withdrawing the entire salary, I was left without a livelihood for 15 days. All my appeals to the bank came down to the fact that they can't help me with anything! They have problems with ATMs, but I suffer. I left a long time ago, but I can't. It's a salary card! Yes, there were a lot of questions about the bank's software.

There are two ATMs where you can top up the card, one inside, the other outside, which is very convenient - you can top up the card outside the bank's business hours. In general, everything is fine, the staff are working well.
Horror. They became a Russian bank and spat on customers. There are no notifications about software changes (you can't log in to your personal account from Windows XP), or about temporary problems with communication and Internet banking. It is better not to keep money in this bank. And if there is a salary, immediately remove EVERYTHING in order to avoid problems. ATMs are old, they are regularly buggy!!!

Terrible bank, staff service is a rude '11 window'. They can't explain anything properly and get into the situation. To close the card, you need to do a lot of things. They won't do it just like that. It is obvious to be afraid of losing customers. In general, if you choose a bank to get a card, then definitely not BPS-Sberbank.
