The worst department, if you can call it that, I have never met! This department does not produce a simple operating room about closing an account, and as they said, they have it written on the wall, it feels like I go to the offices every day and read everything that is written on the walls!!! After asking for a book of comments and suggestions, the specialist replied that they did not have it and in general it was located in another department on Uralskaya Street and the principle of operation of their department, according to the specialist, was remote. I asked a counter question that, in my understanding, remote work certainly does not consist in an open shopping mall with a free entrance to this room. The specialist also pointed me to the stand where the information supposedly hangs that the book of comments should not be in their possession and this is the decision of the bank's board, So that you understand this is a beautifully printed piece of paper where there is no seal or the articles they refer to are listed, every student will print such a piece of paper in two minutes, my patience has run out and I called the police and wrote a statement, and I'm waiting for a response. Another point is when you call support, you are not under any circumstances connected with management representatives, it feels like these managers themselves have made nonsense and are now hiding behind ordinary employees so as not to be responsible for their actions!!! I have been working at this bank for 10 years now and I can say one thing, over the past two years it has greatly disappointed me, I judge not only on this occasion!!! Even in a snuffbox, you can find a book of comments and suggestions directly at the kiosk, and here there is a whole bank!! Then why such a branch at all if they cannot perform a trivial operation like closing or opening an account!!! In the near future, I will leave this bank as a customer!

It is sad - because this does not give mobility in decision-making and money can be cashed out only the next day. There is also a debt on this card, I did not see this card, did not know about its existence at all, and even more so did not use the card. I only use Belarusbank. There is a Momo shopping center near the house, where there is a Savings Bank, a girl (an employee of the Savings Bank) sent me there. I came and took the ticket at 12: 50. in the window where lunch should be served from 12:30 to 13:00, there are few people. At 13: 28 I was called, I told an employee about my problem, to which they replied: "yes, you have a card, operations on which were not carried out and there is a debt. To pay, go to the next window." I just got up to pay the debt, as a sign was put in the window where I was redirected, lunch from 13:30 to 14:00 I haven't had so much anger for a long time, the only day off, and such jokes At 14.10 I came to the window at which I was transferred, paid the debt, signed and was free. My service took 3 minutes at most, and I spent 1 hour and 20 minutes in the bank. It's just a complete horror to waste my personal time on something I didn't know about. Overall, the service is not bad, but the waiting time is too long. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!
