Good afternoon, according to the terms of the Agreement with GR Ladutko S.I. in case of cash flow on the BPS-Sberbank card.......On 02.08, SMS messages should be sent to the phone number 8 044 702 55 66. This is not being done even taking into account my appeal to the staff of the Uralskaya St. branch on this issue. What is the reason for the continued absence of SMS messages from the bank to my phone number?

I have never seen a lower quality of service in my entire life. The work process is so unorganized that it is difficult to find the right words. Any simple operation takes at least 30 minutes, regardless of the number of clients. Is the leadership even present in this organization? It's high time to do something! I have been going to this bank for several years, the situation has not changed at all. The waiting time is simply off the scale!!!!
