I recently visited this restaurant and was absolutely delighted, I don't understand the negative reviews at all! The staff was polite and warm-hearted, they helped choose the dishes and even talked about famous places in Georgia. The service was fast and the food was simply top notch! The place is very beautiful and stylish inside, so the evening turned out to be a real celebration. I will definitely come back again!

Honestly, I don't understand why the reviews are so bad. It's an incredible place. The Georgian cuisine is incredible. The staff was very friendly, they told us about the night clubs and the exchange agents helped us find them. Everything was moved quickly enough. Although we are very hungry after the plane. I'm just shocked! For the first time in my life, I left the restaurant hungry! We went in to eat, ordered khinkali, as expected they said 30 minutes, just like the other dishes we ordered, an hour later they did not bring! We reminded you, they told us 5 more minutes! The girls who were with me had already eaten by that time, we paid off and left! Of course, they apologized to me, excluded the dish from the bill, but this is the first time this has happened to me! Autumn and very upset! I read the reviews and understood why this happened, I was the only Russian from the company, and for some reason the order was not brought to me alone, although actually we are from Kazakhstan!

Смело ставлю «5» за качество блюд, удобство размещения, обслуживание и вид из окна.
Но цена явно завышена: 2 харчо+2 глинтвейна+1 имеретинский хачапури+1 пхали=124 лари. Дороговато!

Everything is ruined either by VAT, or tips in the amount of 18%, which are added to the bill without warning. On food: tom yam is not a credit (lots of pepper, no lemongrass, noodles instead of rice). Kabab is great. Vegetables with tofu are excellent, rice is excellent, assorted phali is good (small portion + uncut greens and whole parsley)

If you want to be disappointed, then come here. We thought that we were going to a nearby institution with a rating of 5.0, but when we found out that we were mistaken, we decided to stay on the terrace without checking the rating of this counter. BUT IN VAIN!
We came and sat down, it would seem that everything is fine: a pleasant view and a place.
The frustration starts when it comes to the bill.
1. After-sales service of the order of 20%! Despite the fact that we treated the long wait with condescension. Well, we've accepted it, it's our fault that we didn't specify.
2. We paid, walked away, then a restaurant employee catches up with us and insists that we did not finish!
It turns out that VAT is counted and charged at the end of the final bill!
On the claim that this should take into account the prices on the menu, they heard a mumbling "It was at the very end of the menu." Total misleading and divorce of visitors! An overpayment of 40 GEL is simply for nothing!
We do not recommend this institution in any case!!

I went to Seidabad to eat a non-spicy soup, because the kharcho is too spicy for my stomach. I ordered spinach soup and eggplant rolls and a cup of tea. The food is delicious, but not cheap. It's beautiful inside, I would say pretentious. Why 1 star? For the attitude. When the waiter found out that I could speak Russian, he made such a face, as if I had come to borrow money from him. The most unpleasant thing was when they brought me the bill. They took 15 Larry for a cup of tea. I asked the manager for the price of tea. They explained to me that they only have a price for a teapot, and this is my problem, that I only wanted a cup of tea. My waiter came running and began to say that he had warned me that he would be fined because of this, they say, pay for the kettle. A couple from Kazakhstan were sitting next to me, they began to protect me. The waiter told them, "Don't interfere, it's not your problem." As a result, after long disputes, tea was removed from the bill altogether. As in the joke, the spoons were found, but the sediment remained. I do not recommend this restaurant to visit!!!

We waited 40 minutes for khinkali with cheese. Cheap alcohol is strongly felt in cocktails. Well, the cherry on the cake is an invoice with a huge margin for service and VAT, which, of course, no one warned in advance.

We visited this institution on 03/21/12. Excellent location, the very center, the old town, the embankment. The design is on top, stylish and tasteful. There weren't many people, so the service was fast and high-quality. The service is excellent. The waiter guys are very attentive. The food is great. Dolma and khinkali were taken from Georgian food. Everything is very tasty. Desserts are a separate word - beautiful. Deep-fried ice cream in a baked ball and a chocolate cupcake with liquid heart wine and ice cream. The serving is very beautiful, the taste is wonderful. At an above-average price. It is worth bearing in mind that the price is without VAT and you will receive an additional 18% in the final receipt. Which of course is ugly. But the impressions are generally wonderful. I recommend.

We took a set of rolls, poorly cooked rice and vegetables, there were no fish in them. Corn soup is just water.
The prices are 4 times higher than they should be for such quality.
It is not indicated anywhere that VAT is not included in the price, they just bring the bill 18% more than it should have been.

A very tasty and large plate with grilled vegetables.
It wasn't the fastest serve, but it was fine for us, we took our time. There is a hookah.

If you want to be served for 2 hours, then go here. The place is empty, they waited 20 minutes for the order to be accepted. Waiters do everything except serve guests (shift forks, sit on the phone, chat with each other, sit outside).
The food was waited for another 20-30 minutes. It turned out that there was no 1 dish, they said about it after 15 minutes. And another 10 minutes later, another order was accepted.
Drinks (water and beer in a bottle) were brought only 30-40 minutes after ordering with an empty hall!!!
18% service is also included. They didn't deserve it.
I don't recommend it at all.
